Ordered sandals in May and have been reaching out to Premier Trust since June because order has not been received- now the shipping says expired . I continue to request a refund almost weekly and all I get is an automatic reply and NEVER a straight forward answer- AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Think twice before ordering

I would not give them a rating at all. When trying to get intouch with them through email, I get a temporary error from the company. I have yet to receive my order, plus the money was taken out of my account at the end of June. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! They may have cheaper prices, but you will never receive the product and you will be out of money. I am so tempted to go straight to the office address listed under the support tab!!!

damn - wish I had read these reviews. I agree this is a scam. I ordered a month ago and they send shipping updates that the sandals have not even left China. I exchange emails and they refuse to refund me.

They take your money and never send you the shoes. They’re thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM

Do not buy from this company!!!! They shipped the wrong shoe and it was two sizes too small. Then they tried to charge me additional charges using different company names. They are blacklisted from my credit card company. BEWARE!!!!

Stay away from them. Everything went wrong. It took forever for my shoes to arrive. I got them & they were 2 sizes too small of what I ordered. I ordered i size US17 (50) & received a US15 (48). I filed with them about wrong size, so they asked me to send pic which I did of size 48 label. They responded after reviewing that they sent right size (which they didn't). If I wanted to exchange or return, I would have to pay for shipping both ways. Not worth the money & hassle & they conveniently waited until it was too late for me to dispute it with my Credit Card. Never Again.

Fraud. Took money and no product sent, refused email inquiries . Very poor

Shipped wrong color sandal. Tried a complaint. Another company sent response asking for pictures. After 5 days asked for original order email.
They are like an insurance company always need 1 more thing and never answer complaint

Absolute Scammers. Never buy from them, they keep the money and send nothing. My order never arrived. I receive packages every weeks and never had an issue with the delivery address. They lie saying they couldn’t deliver. Post doesn’t even recognize the tracking number. I wrote them several times and they give no solution. They say they will care and never do. After several months requesting I just accept that I have been robbed.

received incorrect size and requested to return the item for refund no response then got message my message was undeliverable their site not online

I would rate my experience a zero if I could. Delivery notices for two orders I placed on April 23, 2025, indicate that the orders could not be delivered or returned to the sender. Each order "....is being forwarded to the USPS Mail Recovery Center where it will be processed. Please initiate a missing mail search on your item." These notices arrived via email on 5/28/2025 and 6/5/2025, more than 1 month after the orders were placed on 4/23/2025. The USPS does not recognize the tracking numbers used by Casual Comfort. My local USPS told me that it no longer delivers mail with "junk Chinese postage" and that items sent to the USPS Mail Recovery Center cannot be retrieved. I have requested refunds several times in the past month and have received pat non-responses that the issue is being addressed but nothing concrete. I do not know of a single person who wants to spend money for items that will never be received or refunded, but that will instead provide worry and financial loss. I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, but was informed today that Casual Comfort is not responding to the BBB's questions about my claim. Casual Comfort is clearly a sham and a fraud.

It's a total scam. I order two pairs of shoes they send the wrong size. They want me to keep the shoes the Don't fit. If I send the shoes back they only can give me a percentage of the purchase.

It took 6 weeks to receive a pair of shoes. What they don’t tell you on their website is that they are a drop shipper. This junk comes from China and takes forever to clear customs. Don’t order from these people.

It took 6 weeks to receive the order. Two pair of sandals to 1 small bag. The material is similar to felt and very poor quality. I knew right away they had to be returned. After days of several emails, I was advised to send a picture which I did. All original and unopened. A couple days later, I received a email advising me that I would be solely responsible for the return back to China. The post office said it would cost $35 and could take a few weeks to pass customs. I paid $65 for both sandals. This was a scam that I totally fell for unfortunately. PLEASE do not order from this company.

This is a scam. The address is Mondelez International which does snacks from Nabisco! If you get your shoes, they're coming from China. And, that's a BIG IF. I ordered a pair of shoes. They're still waiting to be delivered. I ordered them in April. Do NOT order from this company. It doesn't exist. Pay $37. No, wasted $37. Unbelievable.

My order for two pairs of sandals have been " in transit" since May 9th. It is now June 3rd. When I asked for a delivery date, I was emailed that no delivery date was available. I was also informed that the order could not be canceled.

Terrible experience! I purchased slippers on Dec 3, for Christmas for my granddaughter. I purchased the wrong slippers so I contacted the company immediately, but only received a generated emails saying they had already been processed and I would have to wait until I received them to return them. The slippers showed up mid February at my granddaughter’s house. I would never purchase anything from this company again. The quality of the slippers was very poor considering the $98 price. The stitching on the top of the slipper was curved and I would never give as a gift if I had seen them in person. All I have to say is, Buyer Beware!

I bought shoes for my dad, but they didn’t fit. To exchange them, the company asked for unreasonable things like a photo of his foot measurements. I explained he doesn’t live with me and I’d need to go to his place just for that. After that, they stopped responding.

Exchanges or returns with this company are nearly impossible. Very disappointing.
