My trays didn't arrive I contacted them and once responded I had a replacement straigh the next day

Very easy to order
Very easy to order, quick delivery. One of my parcels didn't arrive but Jessica from customer service was very quick to arrange a replacement to be sent out to me. This is the 2nd time I have purchased from Caterline and I find they are very good products at a decent competitive price.

One item order was done out and delivered in a day the other two were not available for 3 days but sent straight away, unfortunately the delivery company (prime) was not up to the job and took 2 attempts to deliver even though we were in.having said that they were better than DPD they're just a joke

Unfortunately your delivery service called more than 8 times on landlines leaving bt phones messages to expect a package. Definitely overkill as no need for that many once answered

No stock but still available on the website
I placed my order twice. First one was cancelled second order payment was taken however no delivery. When I chased the order then I was told no stock available for the second time I did receive a refund but it caused alot of container issues. If you don't have the stock why are they available on the website
