Use this company at your own risk
Use this company at your own risk, they are absolutely disgusting and deceptive just to make money. We where tricked into signing up for a 60 month contract and said we need to pay them £2778.00 plus VAT to get out of the contract.

All of our sales reps are trained to fully explain the terms of the contract. We offer our customers 60 month contracts with the benefit of a fixed cost for 5 years. Once an agreement is made, the length of the contract is then confirmed in writing on your paperwork to ensure clarity.

Their service is excellent and so important to us as we are a special needs school.

Just realised I signed up to a contract that is 60 months long, that is 5 years for a sanitary bin 😬😬 the contract it hand written and I’m sure I didn’t agree with 60 months.

Cathedral Hygiene offers decent service with competitive prices and helpful staff like Linda and Wilma, but there have been issues with billing practices, which can be frustrating. While their customer service is often praised and issues are addressed promptly, some experiences with invoices could use improvement. Overall, a mixed experience that balances out to an average rating.
