Poor service.
Received the invoice in advance for the year which we agreed on, then they decide part way through to credit the invoice and reissue a lot higher than original.
Would not use again.

From the first phone call that I made to receiving the additional sanitary bin was dealt with smoothly and efficiently. Our Account Manager, Liam Bennett, promptly returned my call, discussed my needs, sent me a revised contract and the additional item arrived the next working day. What a great service, thank you.

Good service at competitive rates
We have used Cathedral Hygiene for our washroom maintenance for a number of years now and have recently agreed a long term extension to the agreement based on both the service that they provide and the competitive rates. The account management is also very responsive and I would have no hesitation in recommending Cathedral Hygiene.

Everyone I have dealt with at Cathedral Hygiene has been professional , helpful , cheerful, knowledgeable and most important of all efficient. This is a very easy company to work with, and it is has great customer service. Linda goes the extra mile in getting the paperwork together with very little effort needed on my part. Gail who comes each month is lovely and able to work around my schedule of when I'll be there.
