They got my order wrong but promptly fixed it, gave a pre paid return and sent the correct product immediately. Good professional service. The cat trees are good quality and my cat loves them.

I love this local business
I love this local business! Their customer service is fast and efficient. They are courteous and truly seem to care for their customer's experience with them. Their cat trees are so much more affordable than anything similar I could find in per stores (altho I could never find a tree as tall as our). The assembly was quick and easy. My cats absolutely love their tree and since it's soo roomy, they don't even have to fight for their preferred spot. 10/10 would recommend.

My original cat tree I ordered was out of stock, but the customer service team was great at communicating and offering solutions, can’t wait for the cat tree to arrive as I’m sure my cats will love it.

Catherine was great in communication about their products for our very large kitten. Product arrived in good time and was easy to assemble. Kitten is using it without it shaking like his old tree. Thank you!

Excellent product!
Shipping was a little late but that was due to the weather. Our cat LOVES his cat tree!!! Sleeps in the hammock and ventured up to the top tier today!

There was a delay in shipping my order, I sent an email and received a response almost immediately with an honest explanation and was offered a full refund if I didn't want to wait.
However, I was willing to wait for my order, I was then shipped a complimentary item for the delay which was so appreciated and not expected. Once I received the order I'm so glad I waited as the cat tree is even better in person. The quality and design are unlike any cat tree I have seen in pet stores. It was so refreshing to receive the level of customer service that I did. You can tell this company cares about their products and their customers!

Just a perfect experience. They had an item we couldn't find anywhere else and the service was exceptional. It's not always easy to choose and trust an unknown company on the internet, but this is a wonderful small business and we have nothing but great things to say.

Nice cat tree, beautiful piece in a room, cats love it
Even though it's beautiful, there are few plastic pieces that could be changed for something more environmental friendly. What bothers me most is seeing the screws. The top part moves too much, my cats don't like using it. Other than that it looks beautiful. And they love the bottom parts of the cat trees.
