Have ordered 6 mugs so far and all 6 we're delivered on time and the mugs are fantastic!!! Will order more!!!

I ordered 2 mugs before and I love them. They are gifts. Then the third one I ordered came with terrible colors. Looked like orange paint down the face. I emailed twice with No response. Just a update. They contacted me and said they will do the mug over. We will see.

The mug itself seems to be good quality
The first one I received in no way looked like the picture of the cat I submitted.
They were quick to send a replacement which is somewhat better but ( imo) doesn’t capture the cat I submitted

I ordered a mug, actually two and one of them came in the color was awful on it, it was a brown dog and it came in the color orange! Very unhappy with it I tried contacting the company via their email and it says it's not deliverable! I checked the email again and I use the right one that they gave but it will not go through! Very unhappy with my purchase and will not be purchasing anything else from

I ordered a mug but it was easy to upload a picture of my cat user friendly. Was delivered in a timely manner. My only criticism is I wish the mugs were available and bigger sizes cuz the mug is a bit small

Does not look like my cat. Too much white on face!!!

Does not look anything like the product I ordered, my cat is jet black, they sent me a cup with a brown cat on it. Very poor quality.

UPDATE - company responded with full refund, changed from 1 to 4 stars.

Im having bit of a hard time going back to my mail to complete this site, only because I'm using my tablet.

I give it an extra star for the idea! Its great but thats not my cat! Its AI dont want AI I want the original picture!

We are very pleased with the mugs; however, we are not pleased with your ordering procedure or your customer service. When we ordered the mugs, we saw the prompt to edit our billing address and we did so. We did not see a prompt to edit our shipping address. Immediately after ordering, we saw that editing the billing address did not also result in editing the shipping address. We immediately sent the vendor an email to edit the shipping address, and did it again twice more. Several days later, the vendor contacted us, showed that it had received all three of our requests to edit the shipping address, but because we had not used the method for giving that notice which they wanted, they made no effort to change the address for shipping. Luckily, we are on good terms with those living at our former address and we put them on notice of this shipping problem. They assisrted us to obtaining the mugs.

I finally received the mug today - December 31st - after waiting weeks and multiple emails asking me if I loved it.
I opened the box with such excitement and found a black mug with - if I look really hard and squint - a graphic of a cat. This is NOT the cat mug I thought I was getting - I can barely see the graphic.

Catsistershop always has the best and funniest cat t-shirts around. The latest one that I have received is the "Catnip Madness" shirt. It is comical because it is a parody of "Reefer Madness." That is what I love about the products that I get from catsistershop. They always have a way of putting humor into raising a cat.

to me looking at all the designs and the colors, the saying is just a magic feeling. i have 2 rescued cats and the sayings on the t-shirt i can relate to that. all pleased with the item.
