I rejoined in March 2024 and over the last 6 months Rocky Tabitha and I have been so pleased we renewed when Vicki took over
We have received some lovely original items which we are all happy with

This company is a joke.

This company is a joke.
I paid for two gift boxes to go to my niece but they never arrived. I got a random photo of a person I don't know who could be anyone saying the boxes were delivered, I never got them. Got an excuse that it was sent to a different address. Total nonsense. Told to take them to small claims court but with no contact details of recent owner before new owner took over. Its an absolute joke. I'm sick of being disrespected taking the money and no delivery of packages. How can these people get away with basically stealing money from me. I would give no stars and suggest people avoid. Cattitude is now on its 3rd owner. Something clearly is going on. Emails bounce back and no way to speak to someone on their phone as its not working.

They have never answered an email

I never received two boxes and they have never acknowledged an email I sent except for the generic 'We answer emails in 72 hours.' Don't waste your time with this company. I eventually figured out how to unsubscribe before they took more money of me.

Avoid avoid avoid

I subscribed for the first time after seeing great things about these cat boxes online.
The boxes are usually shipped on the 20th of each month. On the 25th I still didn't receive my first box so I emailed them and they promptly sent the box.
The contents weren't great - not a specific theme just a mix of different items and not from small businesses like I had expected.
My second box didn't arrive. I sent an email again but this time got no response. I had to go through my bank to get a refund. Despite ignoring my emails and not sending the 2nd box they still try to take money from my bank account. I had to go through my bank to block them from taking money. Still no reply from them. Very very disappointed and actually quite shocked at such bad practice amd poor level of customer service. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I feel completely conned and gullible!

There are now new owners taken over March 2024 this is about the old owners
They have actually replied and if possible I would like to email them if it is the same address
I feel completely conned and gullible!
Do not subscribe!
I used to have a Cattitude subscription and was brilliant until taken over
I stupidly got the introductory box at £17.50 which was left over items from other boxes which I complained and asked to cancel my subscription I was told you couldn’t as a six month subscription
A subscription charge was taken on the 21st March 2023 nothing has arrived and now no emails are being answered
I had asked if there was still a donation to charity but obviously not I have tried to cancel my subscription but cannot what a con

Disgusted

I have received two general emails but when I tried to respond I had them ounce back to me. I've tried to ring them several times today and the phone is constantly engaged. Having read other reviews I'm one of many. I paid a 6 month subscription in Sept and have only received one box since then. I'm in agreement that it's since the take over. The quality and customer service has really gone downhill. I would like a refund really as by my reckoning I'm down at least £53 + . Any response would be good from them.

Horrendous since takeover

Agreed since the takeover I have been missing two boxes. the emails are not being answered, I have a YouTube channel where I open the boxes and I have stated this on the channel, I am now missing what will be three boxes if August doesn’t come. I paid for a year. We will see what happens.

Great gift.

I purchased the Christmas box as a one off gift for a cat lover.
This box was well recieved by both cats and human. The treats included for the cats will become a regular purchase as the cats were breaking into the box before it was even opened.
Highly recommended as either a one off purchase or as a subscription.

It first box… first of many!

My cat family loves the food and the poppy toy. All 5 enjoyed those. The blanket was super soft, however it went unnoticed as they have so many. The human products were great too. Would like to see more items for them instead of me but it was a wonderful time when they all came over to see what came in the mail for them. They loved the box too!
This was my first box and a trial run, glad to say I have subscribed for the monthly box now. Anything for my babies!

It never came.

It never came. No one else got it either. I already checked. Cattitude should email me to resolve the problem. My address hasn’t changed since I placed my order.

Some of the stuff was a bit childish for a grown woman and some of the stuff I wouldn’t use like for example a car air freshener because I can’t drive
