I paid for a session in the Bristol…

I paid for a session in the Bristol CAZ, but depsite numerous attempts I have been unable to obtain a copy of my receipt.

Update.
Customer service helped to resolve this for me and have ensured it won't be an issue in the future. Now very happy with the service I received.

Too many notifications

Caura app great to pay for Bristol clean air zone but I jave been receiving permanent notifications about my mot which i already know about thanks and will use the same people I always have so cut out the notifications please

Ok but needs to be better

App is fine thanks but very annoying to ask for other details about the car.m like MoT and insurance.

It is much easier if you could use things like Apple Pay or PayPal, having to enter card details each time is so last century.

You don't need to enter your MOT details! We use your insurance expiry date to send you reminders to renew your insurance and shop around for the best prices.

Regarding payment - you can already use Apple Pay in-app and it should be the default payment method!

Simple and it works

It is very difficult for an occasional visitor to London to pay a toll. I spent an hour failing to pay for a Blackwall tunnel crossing on the TFL website- Then I downloaded this app and paid within 5 mins- Receipt received and so now I won’t be fined.

This app seems user friendly enough

This app seems user friendly enough, and most processes appear to be "straightforward". However, this app is a anything but. Updating driving licence details - contact help. Disputing a duel charge that the Caura system created in error - contact TFL, not us. So what's the point of it then?! After I get my refund from TFL that Caura should be disputing on my behalf, they will be uninstalled and never used again anytime soon.

Hi there - you can update your driving licence details in-app, apologies there was a bug which is now fixed!

Regarding your dispute with TfL please could you email us at support@caura.com so our team can take a further look here and see if we can assist with the dispute. If it’s incorrect charge from TfL on AutoPay we’ll be able to help with disputing this.

Still waiting for the Free excess cover after 2 months

I took out car insurance through Caura as they said every policy got £500 free excess cover. After 2 months I am still waiting. All I get from Joe at Caura every time I ask is an email saying they will send the document to me soon. Seriously how difficult is it to email an excess cover policy . It would take 5 minutes to buy one. I wish I had bought my car insurance through Quidco instead as they are reliable. Unlike Caura. In the meantime I will be liable for paying my excess if I needed to claim. Which is stressful.

Amazing Service

Having all the car information in one place is amazing. The reminders are the best part of this app. I am very busy and it's easy to forget important stuff, Caura does the great job of ensuring that I am on top of everything. Thank you

I'm trying to notify you that my car has had a full service, and the stupid app will not allow me to do this. It only allows you to put in dates going forward.

Thanks for your feedback. The app allows you to input your service due date, so that you can get reminded when you need to book your service in. The app has your MOT history, but not service history at the moment.
