A very favourable substituted product
When the hard drive that I'd ordered wasn't available your staff did their best to contact me and then gave me a free upgrade to a larger hard drive that also met al my other requirements. I would have had to wait more than a month for Amazon EU to deliver one to me. Your delivery arrived three days after I'd ordered.

Fast Delivery, good condition on arrival.
As the title says, can't fault ccktech in any way. I had to call them about a message I had had about my delivery being cancelled, the guy I spoke to on the phone was really helpful and the only reason for the message was that they were adding additional details onto the delivery. Item arrived quicker than stated.

Really good service on line. Delivery came several days early with no ability to contact the couriers which was a problem.

We use the email and telephone number provided on the order when we book our courier service.
A notification should be sent to both so that you can reschedule, if required.
I will ask our warehouse team to look into why it did not happen on this occasion.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this.
Watch you delivery charges.
Straight forward transaction, but check delivery costs, chose 2-3 day free delivery, but apparently my AB postcode is classed as Highlands & Islands, which it is not. Stung for close on £20 for delivery,too late to cancel. Certainly won't use this firm again.

I am glad you found the transaction straight forward. I am really sorry to hear you are not happy with the delivery charge.
Unfortunately, DPD considers your postcode "Scottish Highlands & Islands" and as such, we are charged a higher rate for this particular service.
The postcode areas and shipping rates we use are based directly on those given to us by DPD. These are also viewable on DPD's website.
We like to think we are completely transparent with any additional costs and try to display this as clearly as possible throughout the ordering process.
I have asked one of the sales team to reach out to you to see if there is any way we can rectify the situation for you.
