Always super helpful and great service! I have used CCK multiple times now and I’ve always been really impressed with how thorough the customer service is! When my recent raid system broke, instead of just automatically telling me I need to purchase a new one, John and Ian from CCK took the time to try and problem solve the issues with my current drive. Unfortunately the issue was not resolvable so John talked me through the various different options available to me enabling me to make a confident decision on which system was the best for me! I will continue to use them going forward and highly recommend them! :)

Excellent service
Excellent service. Very helpful advice regarding the product before purchase (a small purchase). Reasonably priced. Very accommodating when i needed to change delivery date. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

When we can access so many of the same products via different online retailers, at similar prices, what makes the difference? For me, it's service. And that's exactly what we got with our first order from CCKTech. Great service. Placed the order and had a call from Dave Robinson within the hour to discuss our requirements and give a heads up, and alternative, to an out of stock item. He price matched the original order, sorted a courier fee error and we had both of our storage solutions within 48hrs. Excellent all round.
