Forkilift Lessons…
I had my 1st Forklift training and test with Colin and he was excellent ,from the start i was nervous and he put me at ease straight away, he was very patient and helpful guiding me through to help me pass ,i cannot thank him enough he was excellent

I had bad experience because English is…
I had bad experience because English is not my first language and they don’t really help you with that they don’t give you bit extra time on test, In lesson didn’t try explain further ,feels like they only help English people

I apologise for your experience. I can only assume that the course you attended was a CITB course and unfortunately we are bound by their rules, which means we can only test in English. This is explained in our Joining Instructions and on the course literature and all CITB centres are under the same rules. I hope you managed to pass the course.
