I bought four pairs of sunglasses from Creeme Eyewear. I really liked the style and decided to take the risk of ordering online, even though sunglasses are usually difficult to buy without trying them on first. Often, the product you receive doesn’t quite match the quality shown or described online, especially when it comes to build quality and lenses.
I must say the overall build quality is actually quite good. I did have minor issues with two out of the four pairs. One pair had a tiny finishing flaw, although it was barely noticeable and I was too lazy to return it. Another pair had an unfinished golden filling on the lettering inside the frame. The other two pairs, however, are fantastic considering the price-to-value ratio.
For me, good lenses are very important, and these do have decent-quality lenses that don’t fatigue your eyes during the day like lower-quality sunglasses often do. The acetate is good as well — maybe not quite at the ultra high-end level they advertise, but honestly, for the price, the quality is very satisfying.
Overall, it’s a fair deal: good design, good lenses, and a reasonable price, especially if you enjoy having different styles.
I have quite a large sunglasses collection, and I can say these are very much on par with many bigger Luxottica-owned brands. However, if you prefer owning just one or two pairs but at truly top-tier quality, then of course you should look at heritage brands with genuinely handmade frames and premium lenses such as Zeiss or similar.
Style-wise though, they fully satisfied me.
