Called in CEF to buy a bathroom fan.
Called in CEF to buy a bathroom extractor fan to replace one which had failed. I told salesman that I wanted same fitting as I didn't want to drill through tiles in bathroom, but I wanted one with a good extraction rate. When I got home and looked at the fan, it was not the same fitting. I returned to the store and asked another salesman change it for one with the same fitting. He pointed me in the right direction to gat the same fitting, as they didn't have it in stock, but I could get it online quicker than it could be delivered the store. The refund for the first one was in my bank the next day and the new fan came Monday morning. Even got a call from the courier to ask where to leave it as we were out.

Ordered a new Fluke meter on the web shop late in the evening. Very soon after received a security check phone call which was most welcomed to ensure my card wasn't being scammed.
Order then authorised and meter delivered to my local store for collection at the agreed time and date.
Straight forward service and easy to use website. Plus the watchfull eye of the webshop team was a nice touch.
