After Purchasing a what was thought to be a lovely gift it finally arrived I was gobsmacked to see a nice bottle with all i could say was a cheap no very cheap bottle stopper, nothing like what was advertised. I requested that the stopper advertised could be send but no i was offered $3 as compensation, when turned down i was offered $6 or return for a full refund less postage. The original order was $76.99 this included $6.99 postage, I was told the return postage would be $76, what a joke. i finally took $20 refund and kept the bottles. this was their mistake not supplying the advertised item.
this company is a con and if i was you i would move on.

Ordered product from Cekand 12.19.25. A couple of weeks later they notified me that order was shipped by GOPO. Then another couple of weeks later GOPO informed me they could not ship to the address due to they were 'not allowed' to enter a Post Office location even though we have a shipping agreement there. We use this address multiple times a week with no issues. Now GOPO refuses to discuss the issue with us to work out a solution, and Cekand wants more money to reship the order. After reading reviews on them, it appears it is just another scam to receive more money for the order. As of 2.26.26 nothing resolved.

Een Metallica whiskyfles besteld, echt ongelofelijk wat je dan thuis krijgt; een miniflesje van hooguit 18 cm en totaal het geld niet waard (ca €39), wat n oplichterij. Het lijkt bij bestellen alsof het uit het buitenland
komt, maar komt gewoon uit Nederland. (Dutch E-commerce retailers, Utrechtsestraatweg 230, 3911 TX Rhenen)
Zeker niet bij bestellen via Instagram !!!

Like a previous writer said: I ordered 2 glass tractors and I was ashamed when I saw them! They looked nothing like the picture and really looked liked something a child had done. The mark of the tractor wasn’t even glued on properly. I was so ashamed and sad about it. Don’t ever order anything from them!

Took forever to not get my £35 package.
Company blame delivery Told I had signed for package on a day and time I was not home.
Please avoid at all costs.
Bad service all round for my daughter’s Christmas present.

Fake website!!!! Do not buy here, no product, no service and a bot on email.

Ordered 2 tractor decants. The photo advertised vs what showed up was completely opposite. The ad showed a professional glass bottle but what I received was 2 bottles painted by a 2 year old. Difficult to find a customer service email and when I did, several emails back and forth, they offered a $3 refund, then $5 refund, and told me shipping was $60 and suggested to sell it or give it as a gift. They were supposed to be gifts but I’ll save the embarrassment and gift it to the trash bin! They told me it was ‘hand crafted’, no where did the advertisement say it was as such. Terrible. Terrible. -10 stars.

Absolutely terrible experience
Ordered a tractor decanter, it arrived and it looked like a toddler had painted it. I emailed photos and asked for a refund and they were so difficult and refused a full refund and offered for me to return it but the shipping cost more than the product over 40 USD so the advertisement of free returns is completely misleading. The product also broke on the first day. Would never buy from here again, worst experience ever.

i ordered a goku whiskey bottle,after 6 weeks they sent an e-mail,claiming they sent the vegeta one,so when it came it even didn't look like neither....more like trunks...

acknowledge what they did wrong they tried to avoid,yet still to "keep me satisfied" with different answers,after i asked a refund or exchange more than once

also they claimed instead i should appreciate the hard work and the warmth of the product..

reported to paypal and got my refund between a few hours.......

È un sito truffa. PayPal a sua volta è complce della truffa che mettono in atto. Forniscono un tracking il quale dopo un mese risulta consegnato ma non è affatto vero. Cerchi di farti dare dettagli riguardo la spedizione ma non ti rispondono. Aperta contestazione con PayPal e ha deciso che dato loro hanno fornito il tracking sono apposto e ha chiuso la contestazione.

They send a totally different product, acknowledge that, but do refund nor send the correct product. After 10 emails they offered 25%, leaving me with 75% costs for their mistake.
Don't buy here!!!

Mini Cooper jd bottle Disgusting quality, completely different to what I ordered. Cost £33 Offered £3 off in compensation or full refund but will cost me £33 to send back.fuming

I ordered 2 Jameson pub house at 34,99 each plus postage on 8 July it is now 28 August and still no package and the contact app doesn't work but they arrived today 4th September it took a while but it was worth it they are great quality absolutely beautiful so delighted they finally arrived well worth the wait the cost excellent packaging
