The decision to remove CellAED® from the UK market was not made lightly and we deeply regret the impact this has had on our valued customers like yourself.
Due to extensive anti-competitive behaviour in the UK, we made the commercial decision to stop shipping any new devices into this market. We look forward to returning in the future with stronger industry support to ensure long-term viability.
Membership benefits not only included a replacement device prior to expiry, but peace of mind you received a replacement device if used in an emergency (up to two per year).
Although we are no longer able to fulfil device replacements in the UK, we have continued to support our existing UK customers by providing the additional membership benefits of monthly updates on the rescue readiness of the device, educational resources to give our customers confidence to act in an emergency, and reminders prior to your device’s expiry so we can manage the responsible disposal of the device.

Partial refunds were issued based on how far into the membership period each customer was, covering the period of time it would have been replaced if it was used. We're sorry if this felt insufficient, we aimed to be as fair and transparent as possible under the circumstances.
