online inventory wrong
I made an order only to discover after a week that the online inventory was wrong, and that I couldn't have my wine. There was no automatic credit. I had to ring up to sort it out.

Fantastic Company
Wine arrived promptly. Was one bottle short however I emailed the owner of the company and he checked the inventory and agreed that the packed goods were one bottle short. A refund was promptly issued. Also the wine is hard to find I the UK and it was priced extremely competitively. Definitely will be buying more.
