Received products today Aug 13; one damaged
Received products today Aug 13, 2026. Lipstick was turned all the way up pushed up to the top cap. I was able to coax it down and push it together with what was left at bottom however the color is very unflattering for me. The Radiance Tint seems nice but medium 03 too dark for me. I haven’t opened the mascara yet because I’m reading reviews saying it’s difficult to remove. I definitely do not want that. I thought the description was it is easy to remove. I emailed the helpline to request a return label to process returns but I’m getting the feeling they are giving me the runaround. I spent $95 and I regret my purchase and just want to return items and receive a refund.

This is my first purchase
This is my first purchase. I bought the mascara. Due to my many sensitives to so many substances I cautiously began using this great product. I am so happy that I took a chance and ordered cellmetics. I will purchasing this and other products on a regular basis. I love the handle on the mascara!

Thank you for your feedback! 💕 We're sorry to hear you're finding the mascara difficult to remove. Since it's designed for long-lasting, water-resistant wear, the right removal technique can make a big difference.
We recommend using an oil-based remover or micellar water made for waterproof makeup. Soak a soft cotton pad, hold it over your closed eye for about 15–20 seconds to let the remover dissolve the mascara, then gently wipe downward without rubbing.

The product did nothing for thickening or lengthening the lashes. The brown was more like a dark taupe. . .not at all flattering.

Worst mascara I've ever bought!
This is the most money I've ever spent on mascara. Yep, they got me! This is absolutely the worst mascara I've ever bought in my life! I am 68 years old and have bought a lot of mascara over the years. But this, by far, is the worst! It is SO SO dry, and does not go on well. It takes two or three coatings to feel like there's actually mascara on my lashes. I cannot stress how dry it is. I've only used it three times and it already seems as though the tube is empty. I will never ever buy anything from this company ever again! I wish I could have given it no stars!

The mascara is designed to be lightweight and buildable, so additional thin coats can be applied for more fullness. However, it shouldn't feel unusually dry or seem to run out after only a few uses.

I like the mascara and lip gloss a lot
I like the mascara and lip gloss a lot. The mascara has a full wand of bristles which is easier for me to apply. I’ve used the lash enhancing serum for less than a week so it’s too early for me to make a comment.

Fabulous mascara - A+ rating👍🏻
Through some crazy mistake I received a mailer with nothing in it. I contacted Cellmetics
Immediately and they made it right by sending me the mascara a few days later - thank you! I have tried several really pricey mascaras that promised they were smudge proof and smear proof through sweat and swimming and they were not. This is the very first mascara that has stayed on through my pickleball games (I sweat a lot) lol. I got the brown mascara and I am extremely happy with it. Also, I have hooded eyelids - which is a challenge for mascara but this one proved to be fantastic. Thanks again for the amazing mascara and customer service!!
