We're sorry to hear the mascara didn’t provide the experience you were hoping for. We understand that a product that feels difficult to apply or remove can be frustrating.
For easier removal, we recommend using an oil-based or waterproof makeup remover. Try soaking a cotton pad with remover and holding it over your closed eye for 15–20 seconds before gently wiping downward without rubbing. This can help dissolve the mascara more comfortably.

I regret that the products
I regret that the products, mascara and eyeliner, did not work for me. The mascara simply clumped on my lashes. The liner was not a good color for me. I have the four products that I ordered. I want to send them back for a refund. Please provide the proper mailing address. Thank you, Donna Ditchik

Thankful for GREAT items and GREAT customer support
I'm truly the worst person in the world to give my opinion, because I am not a person who knows if Cellmetics Beauty has been around awhile, or if they are a new company. All I can say is that I've thoroughly enjoyed their mascara and their cream eyeliner immensely!! I've received follow-ups in regards to my orders and also on a lipstick that I ordered that was totally different color on my screen than in person. I received a wonderful email that gave me a credit and to use that credit with your wonderful items. I am an extremely happy, soon to be 66, young lady who loves your great items and such wonderful, caring customer service...YAY!!!

I would give it a 0 if I could. The mascara is blue on the wand but not on my lashes. I was told to swipe it on white paper and send that in. I don't put it on paper, I put it on my lashes.

I see new lash growth without the eye…
I see new lash growth without the eye irritation. Mascara goes on well and stays there until I remove it with the gentle remover. I usually use black, but I really like the mulberry, too.

The Holy Grail of Mascaras
The product is beyond belief. For the first time I have at last found the mascara that works for my fine, sparse eyelashes. It doesn't clump. It stays on my lashes even through tears! Love the brown and grey shades.

No noticeable improvement
I do not notice that there is any change to my lashes. When I wash this mascara off it burns my eyes. I feel a bit like I have been scammed

Thank goodness I finally found a mascara that works for me at 68 yrs old ! My lashes look natural not clumpy or pointy. Pretty and natural , adds volume . I haven't worn mascara in 5+ years. Now I wear it daily and smile when I look in the mirror.Thankyou! I would highly recommend this mascara.

I’m 82 and have nice long lashes,but…
I’m 82 and have nice long lashes,but did not like the mascara that clumped and needed to be used by someone much younger. I did the brown and it looks so nice I can still have pretty long lashes and look nice for my age.

Received the items in short time
Received the items in short time. I have only used the mascara twice - I have long lashes and like the mascara. I would prefer the brush to separate and cover the lashes better. The tend to look like less thickness than with other mascaras because the don't separate as well. I like the mascara and would like to try it in brown.
