Produkt ist super, hab es mir selbst schon früher gekauft und jetzt auch als Geschenke für die Familie. Bei allen kommt es sehr gut an.

Aber einen Stern Abzug, weil man wirklich sehr lange auf sein Paket warten muss. Musste jetzt ca 1 Monat warten, bis das bestellte auch bei mir ist :/

Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell, Superqualität und alles passt.

Pullis haben eine gute qualität! Leider dauerte die lieferung sehr lange.

Wie haben Hoodie uns Weste gekauft und sind sehr begeistert. Die Sachen halten warm, ohne zu heiß zu werden, top, wenn man draußen unterwegs ist.

Ordered 2 items, it took over 4 weeks for them to arrive and when they did they were 3 sizes too small.

Trying to return them is a joke, they asked me to pay another £10 to keep the item and have another sent (which again i presume would be the wrong size!), or i could return it at my cost to Hong Kong, which would be more than the top cost in the first place. They ignore EU and UK consumer rights law that the seller is responsible for the return costs if they send the wrong item, or it isnt as described.

Speaking to them, i receive an email in German, but that is a front location for them as they buy the items from Hong Kong and sell them on.

The item itself is absolute garbage, its a standard battery recharge pack with a few wires running through the centre of the material that heat up. Its not an even heat, and is barely noticeable.

Ware kommt nicht,wurde immer wieder aufgeschoben,bis heute sind die Sachen nicht gekommen.Auf Nachfrage bekommt man keine Antwort.Ich rate von der Bestellung ab.

Die Pullover sind schon angekommen aber Die Powerbank fehlt leider noch.
Leider wurde das E-Book nicht mitgeliefert und da ich selber nicht laufen kann werde ich es wohl auch nicht mehr bekommen da sie Bilder von der Lieferung haben wollen. Finde es schade dass man einem behinderten Menschen da nicht anders helfen kann

Bestellvorgang sehr einfach. Die Verteilung der Heizstränge könnte etwas besser sein. Ein Heizstrang läuft genau über die Brust, was auf der höchsten Stufe doch sehr unangenehm wird. Gestört hat mich die lange Versandzeit. Der Pulli kam erst als die Kälte in wieder vorbei war.

Sehr schlechtes China Produkt. Kommunikation auch bodenlos, seit über einem Monat Versuche ich Kontakt aufzunehmen und nachzufragen wo meine Bestellung bleibt. Heute kam sie und es ist sooo schlecht das es direkt retour geht.

Do not buy from them! I ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and I've received no update on my order, the tracking has not updated for two weeks, they do not reply to any emails or messages. looks like they've just taken my money and I won't receive anything. I'm contacting my bank for a chargeback.

Sehr gut bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Pullover

Hallo. Ich habe mich melden müssen wo meine Ware bleibt. Da schon 3 Wochen rum waren. Dann habe ich erfahren das es diesen Pullover nicht mehr gibt. Aber habe dann flink das Geld zurück bekommen. Nun habe ich den Pullover wieder gesehen. Auf ein Versuch 2. 🙂

Die Lieferzeit mit 5 Wochen war schon sehr lange. Die als Entschädigung fürs Warten, versprochene Powerbank, wurde leider nicht mit geliefert.
Edit: PB kam 2 Tage in einer extra Sendung.
Die Hoodies riechen stark nach Chemie, was hoffentlich nach dem Waschen nicht mehr ist. Die Größenangabe war perfekt und das Material fühlt sich super an.
Jetzt nur noch testen 😉

Sie sind sehr flauschig und bequem zu tragen geben auch die gegebene Wärme ab ,der versteckte Einschaltknopf ist sehr gut und man sieht auch nicht jetzt wird mir im Winter nicht mehr Kalt

Temu ware!!! Überteuert für Chinaprodukt. Bei Temu bekommt man es um 1/3 des Preises!!!

Schöne Pullis,aber voll kann ich die Pullis noch nicht bewerten,da die Batterien (Akkus)noch nicht geliefert worden sind

Artikel funktioniert super! Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Ärmel nicht auch noch beheizt werden.

I finally received my order, and after my wife tried it on (its a gift), we decided immediately to return it. Sizing is not good at all, thos should have been baggy on her, and yet it barley fit. I've contacted the customer support team to organise a return 1.5 weeks ago, I still haven't had a response. I've contacted through instagram as well, but just been fobbed off and no ignored. The idea of this item is great, especially for those that are affected by the cold. However, delivery is shocking, you need to email support to get return instructions, support clearly rw not responding to anyone, I assume the return policy will be you need to pay for it, which from the UK to Hong Kong is probably going to cost more than the item. I want to return it because its shocking and if anyone would actually contact me about the return, I would be shocked, but after this I don't hold out much hope. If I ever get the chance I assume I will be in for a fight about the return payment, which i think would be a joke considering the lack of communication.

UPDATE- I have finally had a response from them, all in German. Who replies in German to a support email sent in English.
