Great cider, great service!
I always get my delivery within a couple of days of ordering and the only tricky bit is trying to carry it upstairs to my flat (or persuading someone else to do it!). I've never had any dramas, wrong goods delivered, delays etc so I'm happy to keep ordering from here.

Celtic marches bad customer service
Bought a 20 ltre cider box and t tasted very good so i ordered another for my brother in law who was also pleased but after drinking 3 pints I had severe stomach pains thinking it just didn't agree with me I asked f it affected him unfortunately he had the same effect on contacting Celtic marches they said they would do tests two weeks weeks later they said there was nothing wrong with the cider loop(what a surprise) they offered a discount on my next order but I don't think il actually pay to make myself or anyone else I'll I sent another email to them which was ignored bad practice

Thank you for taking the time to review.
We received an email from you regarding the purchase of our Perry in January and a subsequent order a week later. You were concerned that, although enjoying the product, the Perry had caused stomach issues after the second week of opening the box. You contacted us almost 4 weeks after receiving your order with concerns that we took very seriously.
All our products are produced to the highest quality, pasteurised and batch tested. Our whole production process is inhouse, so we are able to investigate any concerns fully. You were unable to return either product to us as you had discarded both. Tracing the batch you received to stock we held we were able to perform tests in our lab on the same product you received.
We advised that tests would be conducted over the next three to four weeks, following the same procedure as yourselves; opening the box, consuming it and then consuming it 10 – 14 days later. We tested the batch in the laboratory on opening and then tested it again 10 – 14 days later to establish if there has been a change in the product. No change was found.
Neither our Director, nor any of the team experienced the symptoms you described. The lab results also confirmed that nothing out of the ordinary was present in the sample. As you were unable to provide either box for testing, we were not able to advise you of any presence of possible external influences on the Perry.
Whilst we are disappointed that you felt our product was the cause, we have found no evidence as such. We offered a discount on your next purchase as a gesture of goodwill.
