The service engineer went out of his way to fit in the call at a time that was convenient for me.

What seemed a successful annual service…
What seemed a successful annual service call-out: very efficient and timely visit by service engineer.
Unfortunately I will have to call them back; it seems the reservoir tank is not filling. Pump is working. No leaks. But after about a minute the flow from the tap starts to fade off and dries to a trickle after about 4/5 minutes.

The gentleman doing the service was exactly on time. He was sincerely interested in telling me how the water softened works. I very much enjoyed the chat.

So hard to confirm a service call
So hard to confirm a service call. It seemed to get through to a service centre outside ireland. Finally, I got a service technician and he was two and a half late. Not his fault mix-up in the office. The technicians was very good
