Got my order in a reasonable time. Happy with my new clothes. Fit fine no problem with my normal size.

Love what I ordered and the quality. Took awhile to receive which is why only 4 stars

Love the trousers, perfect fit and true to description. Did not take long to arrive but disappointed with the courier service. My parcels were left on the doorstep, luckily I came back home in time to pick them up. I wish they would leave my parcels with my neighbours, anyone of them would take them in.

Not much to say, very affordable and really good looking. I got plenty of new clothes yesterday, all look very nice and inexpensive. Fabrics feel pretty good - and I'll update my review in a couple of months if anything happens to them :)

I should have KNOWN Better, but I ordered a 2-piece outfit, & a top. On line, they were both Elaststane & Rayon~ but NOTHING to indicate contents of the fabric when FINALLY received (took for-freakin-EVER!).

I’d bet my life that they were all PURE Polyester, and I cannot tolerate!
I can’t seem to find any information to CONTACT “CEMYI” and want to return for a refund! So NOW What??!

As with other reviewers (sadly I read these too late!) I was met with stalling and deeply frustrating responses attempting to return clothes arrived (same issues re: size, quality, not the same as advertised)
Here is my final email which achieved a full refund and 'keep the clothes' following several offers of partial amounts ......hope this helps!
'I’m fully conversant with on-line consumer law and would therefore strongly advise you desist from this line of behaviour and fulfil your legal obligations without further obfuscation. The response to-date has fallen well short of your written promise to ensure the shopping experience is enjoyable.

Two points that I feel it necessary to point out: if you were willing initially to exchange the goods it suggests there is a method of returning goods to you. Please confirm how to do this without further delay. For the purpose of clarity, this is because I intend to return the goods, not exchange them.
Secondly, and I quote here directly from your written assurance on PayPal - Dear Customer , I'm Sara, manager of the customer care team. I feel sorry to hear that you are not happy with your order. Please contact me at service @ indiefit.com I will do my best to solve all of your problems and provide you with the best customer services! I have the authorization to issue full refunds. We Love Making Our Customers Happy!...'
I also suggested I'd take legal action, contact PayPal, and use their SM platforms to let others know about their shoddy working practices.

avoid this company like the plague. i ordered a dress and on arrival it is great fabric and as it looked in the picture. however their sizing is way off. i contacted them asking for the return address to send the item back for a refund. they offered me a discount! i went back with the same request and got a larger discount. i am now 9 emails in been given 4 discounts to keep the item which does not fit and still no address to return. the 24/7 customer service replies once every 3-4 days. unless you have lots of time to waste chasing this company i would avoid using them. one star only given as no stars not an option!

Avoid this scam company. I ordered a dress that was nothing like the one in the photographs. The colour was off, the material was extremely cheap and nasty nylon, and the fit was weird. Do not believe any of the positive reviews for this company. They offered me a minimal amount refund, telling me to keep the dress. After exchanging emails I eventually accepted 2/3 of the original cost as I was fed up dealing with them. I'm now left with a really horrible dress that I wouldn't insult any friend by gifting.

Exactly as pictired. Medium seems to run a bit large. Colors and patterns of the dresses are beautiful.

If i could give a zero rating i would. Cheap material. Nothing like photos. Nothing like an accurate size. Asked for a refund on a £100 order and they offered me $15 refund only. I have persisted and they have upped it to $55. Absolute joke. I am still emailing requesting a full refund. All i want is to return the dresses and get my money back. AVOID
