bus 20 from Epping to Harlow
bus 20 from Epping to Harlow, today at 3:45 the driver (a lady with blond hair) just as I was leaving Epping station to get on the bus, he closed the doors in front of me, I had to take an Uber to the house where I paid £18, it's disrespectful to customers
Driver didn't stop, customer service very poor
Get the bus home from Epping every evening at about 17:35. One evening the bus driver was coming so i stood at the bus stop and signaled, however the bus driver looked and me and drove straight past, meaning i had to pay for an expensive taxi home. contacted customer service, took 4 emails before i got a very unhelpful response saying they have upheld my complaint and will speak to the driver and would offer me a free fair... (£2 doesn't cut it when my uber was £18) it states on their website that if they fail to provide their service (which they did) then they will reimburse you for your taxi, it has now been about 20 days i have sent 8 chaser emails and no response at all, worst customer service i have ever experienced, they simply do not reply or pick up the phone so i am at a loss, i will have to contact their parent company to get assistance on this. Very poor treatment of customers and members of the public who rely on this service.
Bus company is absolutely awful
Bus company is absolutely awful! The buses in North Weald never run on time, are always delayed or just don't bother to turn up! They have a 'Passenger Promise', where you can claim a refund for delayed journeys, however, emails are never actioned or responded to - it's just a joke! No point having a time-table as buses do not adhere to it. Still waiting for my refund from 26/9 & 22/10!!!
