Very efficient caring service from start to finish.
Staff very caring, compassionate and excellent customer service skills.
Made it easy at a difficult time by fully explaining everything and how things would go from start to finish. They did this using compassion and taking into account our wishes.

MUMs FUNERAL SERVICE The care and personal service from all the staff at the funeral home was exemplary and Stan Bridges who they recommended to us to act as a celebrant for our mothers funeral was a wonderful speaker who exuded empathy and made the whole funeral service seem personal to us.

Natalie is always very kind and helpful. She takes a lot of trouble to make sure that the Funeral you are planning is exactly as you want it to be, She takes the same care over the Order of Service. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she has lots of helpful advice and suggestions. It is always a pleasure working with her.

The whole experience was great
The whole experience was great, however we had a unattended funeral with no service but we could still go to Bretby crematorium on the day the staff there were brilliant it was a special day thank you ❤️
