Nothing is a problem for Beau at Central Telecoms!
Fantastic NBN service. Installation of the new phone system was connected with no hassles or downtime!

We have been with Central Telecoms for a couple of years now.
We were heading into the NBN with nightmare stories from local businesses and some very bad feelings about our carrier when Graeme walked in the door after finishing an installation for our neighboring business. His timing was perfect, we had just received a third written notificating for an NBN connection that had the wrong phone number on it, and we signed up pretty much straight away.
We have a nice, easy to use phone system integrated into our work network. We were given options for power and NBN outages and we have good access to Central Telcecoms staff if we need it.
NBN outages are a fact of life but we have good updates from Central Telecoms and half the time they have advised us of an outage before we noticed it.
In the beginning we even knew where Graeme lived but we never had to go and knock on his door to get some service.

Great service since switching 4 months ago to Central Telecoms. No issues what so ever. Josh our account manager has exceptional customer service and support whenever required. Great work.

Was with Optus NBN. Terrible customer service. Spoke to Graeme (MD) transferred to Central Telecoms within 4 hours. No more problems with NBN service.

Horseland Albury were in enormous trouble with no phones for over 48 hours. Darrell from Central Telecoms was amazing and got our phone lines ringing again within hours. Fantastic service. Highly recommended.

Thank you Beau & the Central Telecoms.
Our experience with Central Telecoms has been fantastic from the time we spoke to Beau initially of what our requirements were, through to our quote, liaising with us after we gave the go ahead, setting up the porting process process and execution of the install on site of the handsets & NBN. There was a slight hiccup that was unforeseen until the NBN went live & that was to do with the current configuration of our existing system. Beau worked hard and liaised with our IT company to resolve the issue and had everything up and running with only minimal downtime. Can't thank Beau enough for his dedication and being able to deal with the same person from the start to finish of install. Whats more we are using and talking to local people and not hard to understand people in call centers overseas.
Great local company, thoroughly recommend Central Telecoms.

Central Telecoms employ local staff who spend their money locally so why give your money to the large Telcos when they employ overseas workers and furthermore give poor performance and don't look after their customers.

Your Sales Representative Mark Riedel was very professional and honest in his approach when introducing your product to our office. Everything he said about the company, your follow up service and ease with which we are able to deal with everyone has been absolutely true.
Any issue has been quickly and seamlessly dealt with and I cannot speak highly enough of Central Telecoms.
I would recommend them to any business looking to making changes to their telephone and NBN service
