OK just tedious with paperwork ,kept wanting the pension predicted by doing Gov .UK but that kept saying zero as too young

Professional & Great Efficient Service
From quotation through to completion, my experience with Central Trust was fantastic.
The application was very straight forward and I was given advice on the product and mortgage term that suited my needs.
The process was very efficient and I managed to consolidate the loans I had into one affordable payment and have funds leftover for home improvements

It was all good
It was all good, apart from the last person who called and left a message. She gabbled the number I needed to call back so fast, it was impossible to decipher. I think it would be useful if you taught your team to speak more slowly when they’re leaving important information and to repeat the telephone number you’re meant to call.

Central trust were amazing from start to finish! We wanted to consolidate some debt by getting a mortgage on our home and from day 1 to completion, we were fully informed of every step of the process. We ran into a few issues with property boundaries and central trust were fantastic, even used their own legal team to help us out! Massive thanks to Richard and Emily who are assets to the central trust company! The most helpful and down to earth people we have ever dealt with. I would 10000% recommend. Thank You CT
