As we primarily supply trade customers who place orders for multiple or larger items, our carriage costs are usually competitive by not basing them on weight or number of boxes. Unfortunately, this hasn't been the case on your smaller order. Hopefully this explains the charges to you.

I asked why the carriage was nearly as much as the parts ordered when a jiffy bag in the post would suffice , basically a guaranteed delivery , which I guess is better than a non arrival all fitted before the delivery driver left my yard .
