I am utterly disappointed and feel cheated by my experience with Shenzhen Century Cloud. I placed an order for a KA3 crypto miner on Nov 22, 2023, fully expecting a smooth transaction based on their professional-looking website and customer service responses. The initial process seemed straightforward, and I paid the full price of $1275 for the product.

However, the real issues began post-payment. After clearing the payment, I was notified about an additional customs fee of $820, which I paid promptly, expecting to receive my crypto miner soon after. The package was stuck in Qatar on Dec 6. My product was never delivered, and my follow-up inquiries have been met with complete silence.

Supposedly the shipping sent an email which I never received.

He said on Dec 1, after you pay you'll receive the ka3 miner.
It's been weeks (or months) since my initial order, and I have not received the crypto miner. The guy said I need to pay custom duty again on Dec 14. I told him no more.
On Dec 15, he said machines are in USA. The tracking company is a scam. They never updated the info.
It's deeply frustrating and disheartening to lose such a significant amount of money. Their lack of care, bad customer support and failure to deliver the product make it feel like I've been outright scammed.

I want to warn others about my experience. Please exercise extreme caution if you consider purchasing from Shenzhen Century Cloud. Based on my ordeal, there's a real risk that you might end up in a similar situation – out of pocket and with nothing to show for it.

It's hard to find a trustworthy company to order miners from. I did with Shenzhen Century Cloud Core. I have ordered a substantial amount of miners from them and l have received every order l have placed. Great service, great support and a trustworthy company. You couldn't ask for more! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy miners or miner related products

Definitely a bad experience and a big headache this is definitely a scam do not buy anything from this site you will probably have the same problem. SCAM!!!!!!!!

Pay attention you will lose your money!!!!

All was OK up to I was pay. When the goods was send, then was request from me next payment - for "insurance".
The amount was 3/4 from the goods amount !!!

I was wait from the beginning problem with the shipment, because when the company use other courier as know and credible DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT, ... I had only problems.
This dubious companies request always any fee, which mark as "refundable", ...
