Absolute scam. they started off wonderful and then all of a sudden if you notice any reviews from the last 4+ months, everyone is complaining that they never got anything they paid for. same case here. their customer service rep "paul" is an absolute a**hole. days and days go by, doesn't answer my emails and then responds with "im escalating this". they lied to my credit card company when i disputed it, the BBB rep told me they have over 15 complaints they're looking into from this company. out of the 20 leads i paid for, i got 1 fake one and that was it. then their customer service just totally disapeared after they were "escalating it" and didn't bother to work with me on a solution. believe the reviews, stay far away

This company is a complete scam!! Not one valid lead. I paid for there service since October, the first leads were all fake. The people had no idea why I was calling them. then the leads stopped all together. I just received a "lead" from an elderly woman who doesn't even have a computer. This company is a complete scam!

NEED TO START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMING REAL ESTATE AGENTS ACROSS THE COUNTRY!!! When I initially signed up, I was charged twice. I immediately notified Certileads and asked them to correct the second charge. They responded that they would look into it. i reached out three more times with not resolution so I finally had to dispute the charge with my bank. After one month of receiving leads from them, the leads suddenly stopped. I reached out again asking why I was no longer getting leads. They responded again that they would "look into it" and then nothing. I emailed again and now am getting no response. This company is a SCAM!

If I could give this company no stars I would. They give you crappy leads and won't let you cancel the service. I disputed with the credit card company and even though I sent emails showing I cancelled the service within the first 30 days, this company would not refund my money. They are ripping people off!

If I could give zero I would. I signed up for 3 months, after the first month and a half the leads stopped coming through and they said they were "working on it" for two months. They never came back and I asked for a refund and they would not do it. The leads were terrible anyways, not real leads at all.

This company is terrible scam and their leads are worthless!!! I signed up for seller leads and all of the leads I was able to reach said they were not selling and had no plans to. They were not happy that a company had their information that they were selling. The company sent me a form that appears that a seller filled it out but all the leads I spoke with said they never filled out that form. SCAM!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!This company sells “real estate leads” that are not real. The people contacted ARE NOT LOOKING TO BUY OR SELL HOMES!!!!! When you complain, they avoid refunds and give generic excuses. This service is a waste of money.

Not good customer service; what they told me before I signed up was different from the experience I received after making the payment, and they would not provide response to my inquiry about the differences. The leads seem fake. Don't waste your money. This company appears to a scam.

Awful leads, possibly a scam

Awful experience. The worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. STAY AWAY from this ridiculous site!!!

This is a terrible company that I wasted my money on! I signed up for three different zip codes to receive buyer and seller leads from. I have gotten anything but that! Mobile homes, properties that are shacks out in the country an hour away from my requested zip codes and buyers saying that they never requested anything. When I keep asking for a refund and to cancel they just keep giving me the same answer. It looks like a repetitive response that they don’t even actually respond to. I tried them out due to an agent recommending them on a Facebook group I am a member of. I think that was a scam also! Steer clear of this company because they are dishonest and they are just going to take your money and not deliver anything they promised! They are a scam!

DISHONESTY AND LACK OF FOLLOW-THROUGH FROM THE REPS. Avoid!

Before buying any leads I always do my due diligence and research reviews. I ended up on Certileads facebook profile and found several testimonies from what ended up being multiple fake accounts. The accounts look real at first, but after you do some digging you realize these agents don't exist with a simple Google search - or they're using a real agent's name but different pics and a different city with nobody at their local agency being able to look them up. I reached out to one of the actual agents one of these was impersonating and he said he's never bought leads from them or even talked with them.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I live in a major city and have gotten 1 lead from the city. No leads from my area code. This is a dishonest “business” and I wanted to warn others. I asked for a refund when it was clear that they were not able to deliver on what they promised after 3 weeks of hoping they could adjust and retarget- and they at first said they would refund and then sent a message saying they would not. Clearly, this would have been different if they had provided leads in my area. They did not. Do not waste your time or money. Please beware!!

Certileads is terrible. The company is a scam. They tried to auto renew me and charge me and refuse to give me my money back when I told them I didn’t wish to renew. Their leads are crap and they do not vet them like they claim they do.

Stay away from CertiLeads! I paid $750 for one month subscription, where I received (20) total leads, 16 of which I had already received from another lead source! I complained and they extended my subscription for another month. I received (8) more leads, from which one was a duplicate lead. I complained again, and they extended another month. So here we are, three months into my subscription, and only (28) total leads, with 16 of them that I already had from a previous lead source. They did nothing to resolve the issue, there's no phone number listed to talk to someone live, very POOR customer service and a horrible company to deal with!

Avoid this service at all costs! I paid $1,500 for what was promised to be high-quality leads, but what I received were fake contacts, incomplete information, or individuals who were not interested in buying or selling a home. I was assured by their representative that they would support me throughout the process and resolve any issues I encountered. Unfortunately, nothing was done to address my concerns. I received no meaningful follow-up, no resolution, and no proper response to my inquiries. This has been a completely frustrating experience.

I paid $750 for 1 month. So far I got 36 leads this month which is great. However I only get an email name and phone. No idea what they clicked what they filled out or what they are looking for which makes the call awkward and unprofessional when you’re an agent. The only 2 that responded complained and told their attorney and the other said not to bother them like the last lesson that called.
So I guess no response is bc they don’t want to buy or sell a house.
Worst and no phone number to complain and get my money back. $750 is a lot for not 1 sale or decent phone call. Will report to better business bureau if I can’t get a human on the phone with them and report this.

This is the best lead gen service I’ve tried so far. Their leads are responsive and show interest. Not all of them convert, and that’s ok, lead generation works that way. I’ve been using the home valuation landing page they provide to generate my own leads using Facebook ads and the conversion rate is way better than the one I have with Placester. I would keep recommending them to everyone as long as they keep the good leads coming in.
