Ordered 55$ worth of clothes and never got my package. Tried contacting the customer service but they are not responding. Deeply disappointed and angry by this scam.
Stay away from this website!

the clothes are of poor quality and very i’ll fitting. i would usually buy a m/l when buying online but some of the ‘Large’ sized items from them run 1 to 3 sizes smaller. one of the dresses also is the length of a shirt and would get me arrested if i wore it as a dress in public. i have reached out via both email and instagram to arrange a return as I spent $100+ and need to return EVERYTHING i bought but have not had a reply on either despite receiving marketing emails even after unsubscribing. would not buy from this place at all!

First of all the clothes are very cheap quality and nothing as described online
Secondly since I ordered using an email I only use for important things and I have been getting scam/phishing emails.(3-4 a day) since my order
My main issue is the fact that I have spent 3 days asking for a return and they seem to not want to give the uk address to do a return.

Seems like a scam company to me and I made a big mistake not looking at reviews on trust pilot before spending my money here.
Luckily I did not go crazy with the shopping here because 3 days asking for a return address is crazy. I wish I could post screenshots of the emails back and forth

But do not order unless you are 100% sure you will like the clothes.

I have been waiting over a month for my items to arrive. Worried that it’s a scam site at this point. I emailed customer support and received an automated response with my tracking details which haven’t changed in over a week.

All my clothes came after almost 3 weeks (which is pretty fast), the clothes are cute but poorly made and the sizes aren't accurate, i'm an M/L so i took all L's and all of them are tight.
If you do order from chacha make sure to take a size up !

Love the clothes, great fits and arrived quickly. Never ordered from Chacha before will definitely be ordering again, can’t wait to try some of the new releases

Ordered a Cyber Ghost Coord a few days ago, delivery came pretty fast in 5 business days, and I really love the outfit. Would def come back and purchase

I always read the return policy before purchasing from a new site, and it says on their website to email them for a return label. When I emailed them, they stated they normally don't offer refunds unless the item is damaged. After some back and forth, I was able to return the item for a refund, but I've let them know to clearly state the return policy on their site, so hopefully they do that going forward so customers are aware.

I REALLY love how fitting and comfy the pieces are!!!! They look exactly like the pics shown on the website. Glad that I find it before the rave season starts ;)
