Easy application
Easy application, Good customer service, Very quick delivery, only downside is they recommend a number of paper copies, but none were needed as everything is digital now, so that was sadly a waste of money for us, but i'm sure this wont be the same for everyone.

Very reliable company
I had to renew my UK passport but my Australian one was slightly different and I had to have both passport names the same owing to new regulations. Thanks to Change my Name I was able to change my name by deed poll from here in Australia and get my British passport renewed. The company is amazing to deal with any query promptly answered I cannot recommend them highly enough. I was very apprehensive ordering a deep poll from them but it was made so easy. My only criticism was they don’t post overseas so I had to have it sent to a friend who forwarded it on to me. It was a pleasure to deal with this company.

Simply incredible
Couldn’t recommend this service more, so easy to follow, provides everything you need, the copies of formats to send to other providers is so useful. Been waiting to change my name for a long time but I dreaded how time consuming the process would be. I got all the letters wrote in a day alongside the spare copies of my name change. It was done on my end in a couple of days. Worth the price too!
