We used changing keys removals to move from London to Reading, The movers arrived on time Very professional and friendly. Very competitive price. I highly recommend them.

Changing Keys have provided support during my move to storage and then again from storage to the new property. I was able to contact them regarding any issues or questions during that time and they were always responsive and understanding.

They are fair and competitively priced. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Let me start by saying how impressed I was with Cosmin, the manager. His calm, respectful and caring nature calmed me down in between a stressful move. The quotes provided were lesser compared to other companies and we were assured at every stage of the move that things will be ok. We had a large fish tank with stand, 2 wardrobes, 2 beds, 2 sofas plus few other furniture and although it seemed like 2 van job, as the price was out of my bracket, Cosmin agreed to send 1 bigger van for the same price to get all the furnitures in, which cut the costs by half, which we really appreciated.

Then Ash, and his partner who came on the day of the move made sure they had a proper plan before the move and were really accommodating in placing the furniture and positioning them the way we wanted. They dismantled and installed everything on the same day and gave good care and attention when moving/storing things in the van. Ash was also very friendly and we felt like a friend came to help us out and not some ordinary mover.

Apart from the few nicks on the walls (all since the new build house walls are light plasterboards), I was really happy with their service. I would definitely recommend these guys for their calm, caring and friendly nature.

The team made everything run smoothly even though I wasn't quite ready for them on the day.
They very quickly loaded all my belongings and at the other end they placed them in the required rooms.

We used Changing Keys to move over 100 miles and the whole process was excellent. Cosmin made the planning process very easy and had a calm, relaxed manner that instantly put me at ease. On the day of the move, Ash and his team arrived early and quickly got to work. They made a plan and managed to empty a 5 bedroom house in under 2 hours, handling all of our possessions with great care. At the new house, they unloaded all of the boxes into the correct rooms and were very efficient. Overall we had an excellent experience with Changing Keys and the cost was well below competitors and good value for money. I would recommend Changing Keys to anyone looking to move.

Cosmin was very clear and responsive to any phone-call or email that I made before and during the process. The quoted price was really competitive (only one other moving company gave me a lower price, but the reviews were not nearly as good). Cosmin provided everything as promised and on time. Two vans and five people turned up and did a brilliant job. Very polite, friendly and very efficient. I would definitely recommend this moving company.

Working with changing keys took so much stress out of the whole house move process and planning. They have a great working method and really are seriously knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough for any house move, game changer and would not hesitate using them again.

Cosmin and the team did a brilliant job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We found ourselves having to find a new removals company after our date changed and our original company couldn’t help. Cosmin & team stepped in at short notice. They were very cost effective compared to other quotes, speedy, efficient and extremely accommodating. We had an awkward staircase & narrow hall, and they managed to get everything in quickly on a sweltering hot day. They didn’t charge extra for dismantling/putting back together, shifted an extremely heavy sideboard without trouble and took extra care with an extremely precious painting that has great sentimental value. If I could give 10 stars I would.

These guys did a wonderful job for us and at pretty short notice too considering the requirement changed late in the day to include about half my stuff. I could see that my poor mum didn’t much fancy the move so they agreed to help pack too and move all on the same day. It really gave us the necessary get up and go to get this done. It was all in a days work for them and their enthusiasm carried us through the day and really took the stress out of it for us. They are careful and compliant which is reassuring and work the way you ask them too. A big thank you to the team from me, mum, dad and my bro. Thumbs up from us. Will definitely go back for them to help with the rest of the stuff when the time comes.

I was left in a bind after house purchase date was pushed forward. Cosmin and the team were very accommodating and managed to fit our move in on short notice.

Cosmin was extremely helpful with the details of the move and the price was ridiculously competitive. Cheaper than the majority of movers I had spoken to.

On the day the moving team arrived promptly, and were helpful in removing our belongings around our baby’s schedule. They waited patiently without making us feel rushed as we did final cleaning and then when we were waiting for keys.

Unpacking went as smoothly as the packing did. The team worked fast despite the lack of a lift and ensured our belongings were handled with adequate care.

I seldom leave reviews, however given the short notice and the level of professionalism throughout the move process, it was only fair to leave nothing but positive feedback.

I will definitely be recommending Changing Keys to all my friends and family.

Move from London to Oxford:
On the positive side the company Supplied 5 people and 2 vans which made the process very quick and efficient. The team were very polite, courteous and helpful.
The price charged was very reasonable compared to other quotes and the company also agreed to transport some of my belongings to a different address in Oxford at no extra charge which i though was extremely kind.


On the negative side I believe that there was just not enough care shown with my belongings, the emphasis was placed on speed rather than care. The boxes were stacked badly in the vans and having previously discussed the transportation of my bike which I wanted packed well due to the cost of it I found it badly stacked on top of other items.

At the storage unit some of my belongings were left outside on the trolley once the movers had departed but I appreciate that this was down to mis communication so I am happy to take responsibility for this. The 3 stars are for the general lack of care especially the way that the storage unit was packed, really badly, it looked as though boxes were just thrown in, I was shocked at the state of it especially the fact that there were heavy boxes on top of softer items crushing the items underneath, just no organisation it just seemed as though no care was given to the possessions at all.

Overall I would say that their prices are reasonable and the workers were very polite and hard working but should slow down a bit and be mindful that you are handling your customers belonging and be respectful of that and handle them with care.
I would possibly use Changing Keys again because they were very amenable and hard working but I would ensure that I personally supervised every step of the operation.
