This is a scam, I have not received my order placed in October and now have suddenly be billed for the same products exactly one month later.
No one communicates nor answers emails!

Whilst I had to wait some weeks for Spermidine to return to stock, all my email enquiries were promptly replied to.

Great Service
I've literally had the products for 5 days - but I have done a ton of research and I know they are good - but what makes this great is the service. You can't pay money for great service like this.

You accept payment on product that you…
You accept payment on product that you don't have, and a refund is only available up to three weeks after placement of the order. Thus, use other people's money to run your cashflow.

I’m really sorry for the inconvenience and completely understand your concern.
The refund was processed on 31st July, the day after your order was placed, and a confirmation email was sent at the time. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing speed, which can sometimes take a few working days.
We’ve recently experienced higher-than-usual order volumes and had to manually send the last few units of stock through our partners. Unfortunately, those manual orders didn’t update our inventory system in time, which is why the product still appeared available at checkout. I truly apologise for the confusion this caused.
