I’m really sorry for any misunderstanding regarding your order. I’ve sent you emails—one before your order was shipped and another in response to your emails today.
Have you had a chance to check them? It’s possible they may have ended up in your spam or junk folder.
To clarify, the reason you have only received one product so far is that the Spermidine is being shipped separately from our UK warehouse due to stock shortages in our SA warehouse. You should receive it this week.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m truly sorry to hear that you’re experiencing side effects. Everyone’s body reacts differently to NMN+1200, and while side effects are rare, they can occasionally happen, especially if other medications are involved. It’s always a good idea to check with your physician in such cases.
If you’d like to try NMN+1200 again, you could start with a capsule in the morning after a meal, as this allows for slower absorption. Based on how you feel, you can gradually increase to two capsules with food before exploring taking it on an empty stomach.
