Volume of errors in invoices and communication is astounding, and leaves local estates to do their job for them. Overcharge, do a poor job of contractor selection, fail to engage with residents, and can't manage basic administration.
It's unsurprising, and exasperated, by the very high turnover of staff there.

I raised a concern about something in the development I live in and Peter resolve it by the next morning. He made some enquiries and was able to put me at ease very quickly after resolving the issue. He was also very polite and friendly.

Both Charles White and the owners group had a challenging relationship with the building developers on the site being factored by Charles White on the owners behalf. Quite often in meetings Charles White took the blame for issues that were actually the responsibility for the developer. I was constantly impressed by how calm, caring and professionally they dealt with some quite heated exchanges during group meetings. Robyn Rae in particular deserves great credit for keeping calm in the face of adverse criticism whilst always explaining the position and the options available.

Very friendly and polite service, both from Taylor Gilroy who manages the accounts for my building and from Guoda Dakniene who helped to set up my direct debit for factors fees.
Both got back to me quickly when I wanted to update my payment preferences and were very helpful and clear about what I needed to do.

I was pleasantly surprised when contacted regarding a refund that was due to me. The refund was promptly processed on receipt of my bank details. Great service that is rarely encountered these days.

I had arranged a meeting with Paul Sanders who is Client Relationship manager for the housing development where I live. I found he was very accommodating in arranging this meeting. When myself and partner finally met him to discuss some issues regarding our property, I felt Paul was very friendly. He listened to what we had to say and was sympathetic to our needs. I also felt he was being very honest with us and up front which is always appreciated. Having had this meeting, I feel I could reach out to him again in the future should we need to and have faith that he would be as helpful again.

Disappointing but not surprising behaviour. It seems the stories about unscrupulous management companies is true with this one as well. Caveat Emptor!

My name is Joan and Caleb Wheldon is our assigned Client Manager from Charles White Ltd. Mayfield Mansion Square has had some high expense work to manage in recent months and Caleb has been at the centre of negotiations, on our behalf, with a number of providers/contractors. My name is Robert and I am in the proceess of getting new windows fitted in my property and asked Charles White Ltd to help me with parking for my window fitter at the back of the flats as my tenant needs the dedicated parking space. I sent a parking proposal to Robyn Rae and recieved a prompt reply from Susan Donaldson.Susan contacted P4 parking and explained my issue and they came back to her and approved my parking plan..Thanks to both Robyn and Susan for their work in getting this resoved..well done.

I’m a tenant of one of the buildings Charles White manages. I’m impressed with my experiences to date with the company and in particular Rachael Higginson. She has answered any query that has occurred as well as sorting our gym fob which had stopped working. She replies and sorts all queries in a quick and timely manner and has been extremely helpful.
