I booked Charlie and he was able to book me in for 2 weeks time. Fortunately he had a cancellation and was able to come the same day I booked. Easy to book. Great communication. Did a great job, clean and efficient. Left the woodburner looking like new. Thank you Charlie. Highly recommend his service.
Charlie confirmed the appointment the night before and then text me to confirm what time he would arrive on the day of the appointment.
He carried out the work and left the area very tidy and clean.
Would 100% recommend and will be booking him again myself.
Absolutely brilliant service
Clear communication from the start and a very friendly and professional service from Charlie. Will definitely use him again and recommend to family/friends.
