Don't be fooled by adverts and photos. Company based in China. States after ordering item it will be sent within 48 hours via Royal Mail. My item ordered 6 weeks ago and has just arrived via Yodel from Yum Express. Typical Chinese item, way too small, worth about £5, if that. Avoid at all costs!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Bought 2 jumpers and they are very poor quality and not worth the money. No response to emails asking for returns address. The website is a scam. It's based in Asia and I highly doubt the photo of the "owners" is even remotely genuine.

I bought a coat that was advertised on Facebook, and when I received it, I was shocked by how different it was from the pictures. The material is very poor quality, the finish is awful, and it looks nothing like what was shown online. There was no information on how to return it. I have sent multiple emails asking where to return the item, but I’ve received no response. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and it feels like a scam. Do not buy anything from this company.

I bought the Emma coat. I was horrified by the poor quality. It looked like thin shiny polyester.
After reading other reviews I now feel foolishly duped, and realise that I won’t be able to return the coat or get my money back. I will try but don’t hold out much hope. Has anyone been able to contact them?

My jumper arrived today. It took four weeks. Several emails to company saying 'where is it'? No replies.
The jumper is not like the picture (the Angelina one) The extra large is not extra. The material (polyester) is poor quality and the cowl neck does not sit properly. I could have got this in the market for under £10. More fool me.

I ordered and paid for 3 classy looking jumpers. Taken in by the professional looking website and and convincing photos of the three UK founders and their start-up story. It was all untrue. The company is based in Asia, probably China and my items never showed up. I'm pursuing a refund through the bank but the best thing to do is to avoid this dodgy retailer altogether

No returns they will not tell me how to return the coat that is totally sub standard and not fit for purpose!

I wish I could give minus ten for the review. I don't believe that this business has the three ladies at the helm; I think it's just a scam business. I stupidly ordered the plaid coat but when it arrived it was NOT the one pictured in the ad. The one in the image is made of a woollen fabric but the coat I received is 100% polyester. Total rubbish. I think they have stolen the image from the original advertisement and made a very cheap copy. I am in the middle of packing it up to return it and I'll let you know how returning it goes. I Googled a reverse image of the coat and it's everywhere and all rubbish. I wasn't able to pinpoint the original ad for the coat.

Absolute garbage, DO NOY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Clothes nothing like advertised, very poor quality, colour and material totally different from pictures. STAY CLEAR, DO NOT BUY!!

poor quality and terrible fit. Nothing like it was advertised. extremely impossible to sent back or contact the company unlike it states on the website. Companies like this ought to be closed down

I ordered 2 items size M, the Angelina Soft Cowl Neck Sweater (quite close fit and both body and sleeves too short) and the Jill Elegant Patterned Blazer (far too big/long). How can both be M. Their sizing is appalling, their returns policy even worse as the customer is supposed to send them back to Asia at their own expense. Why should I pay when there is a sizing problem - I’m a standard size 14 and M should fit perfectly. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. There is no reference in their ads that the company is not UK based.

My coat arrived today, it's made in China, 100% polyester , it look cheap, paler than in the advert.
Please don't buy anything from this scam company.

My relative ordered from here after picking it from Facebook. Similar experience to others. No email receipt, one item never arrived, no contact or return information and poor quality. I'm hoping the bank can sort out a claim back.

This company is a scam, havent received item ordered on the 3rd december, they do not respond to emails, surprised they get away with it

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I ordered a Cashmere jumper three weeks ago. After two weeks I tried emailing but no reply. I reported it as a scam to my bank. Today I received a bit of Chinese tat with no label no washing instruction and nothing to say what its made of. I would not put it on a dog. I have no idea what it is made of but it is certainly not cashmere. There is no method of returning items or of contacting the company. I have tried several times. Do not use this company.
Only since contacting my bank has this company refunded my account.

Having been duped by clever marketing , my experieces include:
- Undelivered order
- despite offering rapid responses to enquiries I received none.
- my request for a refund was also ignored.

Lesson learnt….

Please do not use this company. Whilst their website looks professional they are certainly not. Do not tell you in advance that product is shipped from china, don’t respond to queries, absolutely no after sales service

Like everyone else, wish I'd read the reviews first but it seemed genuine. How do these people live with themselves!
Ordered 5th Dec, nothing arrived, no response to emails (5 of them) and of course, the tracking number given says order not found!
Thank goodness I only ordered 1 thing.

Ordered and paid for 3 items. Both the company and the clothes looked classy - shop ‘owned by 3 ladies’ (pictures obviously in Uk). “Money back guarantee” etc.
Two items arrived in a few weeks, absolute rubbish in quality and fit. Colours nothing like the pictures on line.
Emailed requesting refund but they kept on offering 25% refund but “keep the clothes’. No return address provided, obviously from China. So annoyed with myself for not checking Trust Pilot first!
Fortunately I paid credit card and over £100 so they’ve stepped in under section 75 and I’ve had my money back.
These people are frauds. I’ve seen the same products advertised under 20 different companies!! ..Maeve & Elara, Clara & Miles, Lyndora London, Steven Jane London, Nick & Alison London, Emma & John London, ElyMae, Nova Manchester, Stylishoe Women, Lily & Linens, Lilia London, Hazel & May Brighton, Lily & Faye, Holloway York, Bennett & Rowe, Olivia & Grace, Rosie & Lily, London Club, Supply Club Co.
They all sound British but it’s cheap stuff from China.

Firstly, it took nearly three weeks to arrive. I agree entirely with previous reviews. The jumper was nothing like the quality advertised. It was too small and overall a real dissapointment. Yes looks like chinese origin as ive had a similar problem before with another company. I have emailed the company 3 times to return item with no response. Fortunately the bank has refunded me from this company.
Never buy off Instagram or facebook!!
