Chase London 

Scammers. Sending wrong or ‘not as advertised’ items and then wanting you send back but underprice so they don’t have to pay import duty on return. Only ever offer refunds at half less or less of the value of the item. Avoid!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY....EVER NO MATTER WHAT. They sell garbage but their adverts show items you will not receive. Yu will receive an item that is fit for the bin.
I received my garbage shirt and immediately saw it was rubbish. Poor, poor quality. Basically a coloured bin bag sewn up as a shirt. I asked for a refund and return. They offered a 20% refund, keep the shirt.. Eventually they sent me a return address in China! I sent it back as per instruction.
3 months later it was returned to me as the address did not exist...

The Jacket i bought looked nothing like it did online. It arrived late, cheap polyester, poorly made , completley the wrong colour!

i sent an email to say i was not happy with it and wanted a refund. They provided a email and attachment. The email stated one address andthe attachment had another address to be sent back to china. (First part of the scam). Sent an email to verify the correct details. Sent the said package(rubish) back to China in May and the package has now been sent back and arrived in October!

Will contact my credit card company but i have read that they seem to also wriggle out of the refunds with the credir card co !

Everyone should report to facebook, google, trading standards and get these guys closed down !

This site is a100% scam - and should be closed down . If it’s too good to be true - it’s fake ! They haven’t been answering my emails since last week regarding my order which I still haven’t received and will probably not receive. Tik tok has A lot to answer for by letting these scammers use a platform !

Imply they are a uk based company but actually they send appalling quality clothes from china, nothing like those described and of a cheap plastic quality with a sizing that won’t fit a normal human!
Here’s the scam … they then insist you return the goods to china which costs nearly as much as the original product!
Raised dispute with Amex, who believe it or not found in the merchants favour, unbelievable.
Returned the goods at my exorbitant cost, confirmed receipt of returned goods with a promise of a full refund, 4 months later and no refund. Now disappeared from the face of the earth. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!!!

Scam Alert. I echo all the other comments. Garments are rubbish, look nothing like advertised and then incurred extra expense to return to China. Only for goods to comeback to me 2 months later. Customer service non existent. Faceless con artist company. Should be closed down. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE SITE. Terrible quality material nothing like the picture shown. I demanded my money back and was offered 20% of my money back. I refused this offer and was then told I'd need to send the item back recorded delivery to China. After a month or so the item was then returned to me. Have since emailed this so called Chase - London company but have had no response. Have been totally ripped off by these con artists.

Unfortunately you can’t score this company less than 1 star. My own fault for not reading reviews here and obviously not expecting any refund back but hope to be able to stop the next person from making a huge mistake as we all have. What an utter farce!

The only way this company could improve is to shut down.
They show enhanced photographs of apparently quality goods but what arrives is cheap polyester, not properly finished.
I returned the cheap blouse. It was still supposedly being assessed by customs in China nearly 2 months later. I disputed through the credit card company and was initially refunded but since then Chase London have refuted my claim and the credit card company have debited the money from me again.

Ordered a citizen watch from them. I assumed that it was coming from London (hence the name). It took around 3 weeks to get here, when it arrived it was obviously a fake, contacted them several times, they offered a 20% discount but kept stalling. I insisted I wanted my money back. They went very quiet so I have done a chargeback via my credit card. Wish I had read the reviews first. Lesson learned

Massive scam, I wish I'd seen the other reviews before buying from them.
Dreadful quality items sent from China, they try to bully you into accepting a discount off further orders instead of returning items (why would you want more tat?!) then when you finally get returns details they strongly advise you to undervalue the goods to avoid delays. I have since discovered that this is likely to CAUSE delays! Package sent at my own expense has now been stuck in Chinese customs for 2 months...
It also looks like they've now closed the website so they're probably scamming under a different name now.

My husband bought a Citizen Eco-drive watch on line from this Company in May 2025, who were getting rid of all their stock and having a “clearance sale.”
Tried to cancel the order straight away after having read terrible reviews. Should have read the previews first, I know. They refuse cancellation and said we should wait for the watch to arrive. After waiting several weeks, it arrived and was an obvious FAKE!
Lots of emails back and forth to inform them of our disappointment to receive a copy of an Original. They say we have to send it back to China for a refund. We thought it was coming from London. The money we paid went to a bank account in Amsterdam. What’s that saying? Oh yeah, a fool and his money are soon parted! Beware of this Company!

I also have been ripped off by this company,called Chase, London. I paid almost £40 for what certainly looked like a linen floral shirt in the sales picture. It arrived after about three weeks but was badly made of polyester, it was unwearable and the cheapest of the cheapest fabric.
I posted it back to China ( £12.50) two months ago and regularly hassel Chase to ask where my refund is but they very politely and charmingly tell me it is stuck in Chinese customs and if I need to deal with them only, they have no power to do anything.
Now I see the same shirts advertised under the name of Thomwood of the Netherlands. I feel people need to be warned about this company as the morph into other company names in other European countries.
I do feel very foolish for being conned by this as I don't buy online and I liked the print on this shirt.
Is there anything anyone can do? There seems to be a lot of us that have had this awful experience.

Total Scam. utterly shoddy goods. returned items "on hold in customs, waiting for information from recipient" since 25 May.
Tip: don't post back at your expense, my credit card won't reclaim payment unless seller sends return label, or you make goods "available for collection" for 14 days (check this with your card).

Utter scammers... avoid at all costs... cheap Chinese knockoff goods sold as genuine ("moving premises to a new London boutique" was the reason for the clearance prices but the goods all come from China!

SCAM! I purchased a smart jacket. What arrived was definitely not what was described! Almost two months later and still no refund, having also paid to return the item to China. Trading standard will be notified.

Absolute scammers fake fake fake . Trading standards need to look at the practices here… selling as real and sending fakes

The item arrived looked completely different and was like a fancy dress quality at best. The time restrictions on the return delivery conditions can't be met and you have to pay to return it to China. This is a complete scam outfit
