I’ve been using Chase Buchanan to Manage two properties for me for the last year and I’ve been very pleased with the services. I had been self managing my properties for the last ten years but after a horrible and stressful experience with a tenant who stopped paying their rent and with all the new legislation it has been such a relief to turn over the management to a dedicated team with all the right experience and qualifications. Although additional fees have been offset by Chase getting a good rental income on both properties and the money spent has been well worth it for peace of mind.

Special thanks to Georgina Claiden, my main point of contact who is extremely friendly and helpful and to the rest of the team including Ashley Duthart who helped deal with a potentially difficult situation.

Audrey Sawyer has been responsible for managing my flat for a number of years, both monitoring the tenancy and taking on responsibility for dealing with any issues that arise. I have very much appreciated her responsiveness to issues that are then quickly and effectively dealt with by her. I get the impression that my tenants also appreciate their relationship with her and her efficiency.
