I am very satisfied by the service that ChaseEvans provided to me so far as my full deputy managing my house whilst I am abroad. They are quick to turnaround and efficient to communicate with. I also want to thank Amruta Satia for all the paperworks completed to the high standards. Overall I highly recommend anyone to hire them for property management stuff.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience renting through Chase Evans, with the property management handled by Nelly Obijiaku.
I moved out at the end of April, but it took over two months to receive my deposit back despite fully following the checkout instructions provided. After moving out, I didn’t hear anything for about two weeks and had to repeatedly contact them for any updates.
It then took roughly a month before I was finally sent the dilapidation schedule. This still included a cleaning charge even though I had used their recommended cleaning service. After raising this and providing clarification, a revised schedule was eventually issued, which I accepted straight away.
Despite agreeing to the revised deductions, there were still further delays in releasing the deposit, and I again had to follow up multiple times. When I spoke directly with Nelly Obijiaku, I was told there was no clear reason for the delay.
In the end, the situation only started to move forward once I raised a dispute with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and copied in senior management at Chase Evans.
Overall, the process was frustrating and poorly communicated throughout. Updates were only provided after repeated chasing, and the whole experience felt unnecessarily drawn out. I would not expect this process to take so long or require so much effort just to receive a deposit back.

Very poor property management service
The director of property management had the cheek to ask me for their "management fee" of >GBP1400 for Jan-July 2026 when the tenants in fact had not paid the 6-month rent in advance. She did not even know or bother to find out why the rent was not paid. The Senior Credit Controller then served a section 21 which was invalid. The rent arrears stood at >GBP11,000. I had to appoint my own solicitor to deal with the repossession order, which cost over GBP1,000. Other management issues include charging me for invoices dated from over 1 year ago and already paid, refusing to deduct unpaid utilities charges from tenants' deposit...... the list goes on......

We've been dealing with Abhijit (renewals department) and had nothing but pleasant experience - very responsive, helpful and professional.
2+month deposit delay despite following instructions
Had a horrible experience renting through Chase Evans. Property manager handling the case was Nelly Obijiaku
I moved out end of April and it took 2+ months to get my deposit back. We followed all the checkout instructions provided. I heard nothing for two weeks after moving out and had to repeatedly chase for updates.
It took around a month before I finally received the dilapidation schedule, which still included a deduction for cleaning, despite having used their recommended cleaning service. After I raised this and provided an explanation, a revised schedule was issued, which I accepted immediately.
Unfortunately, the delays continued. Even after confirming the revised deductions, my deposit was still not released, and I again had to repeatedly follow up. When I spoke to Nelly Obijiaku by phone, I was told there was no reason for the delay..
In the end, the only time I saw any real progress was after I raised a dispute through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and copied Chase Evans' management into my emails.
Whole experience was extremely frustrating, communication was poort throughout, updates only came after repeated chasing... i thought this shouldve gone a lot smoother. Please avoid

Justin Hui was our dedicated Renewals coordinator throughout our tenancy renewal and he was excellent. He was always professional, prompt, and handled a multi-stage negotiation with patience and fairness - relaying our points to the landlord clearly and keeping us informed at every step.
