From the very start of my dealings with the team, responses and follow-ups were prompt and professional. There was a high degree of straightforwardness and honesty which I really appreciated and a sense of fairness even though the team were working on behalf of the vendor. Following the acceptance of our offer the team were in regular contact to keep things moving and offered help as we needed. Overall I was impressed by the professionalism and approachability of the team and the high level of customer service.

4 star review only for one Block manager - Wai Lee- since he joined Martyn Gerard about 5 years ago and has been managing our block. He has been excellent- always available at the end of a phone, getting problems resolved asap and winning my trust back with Martyn Gerrard. If it were not for Wai Lee- I would have not stayed with Martyn Gerrard. Do hope you ever takes over from him shares his excellent work ethic.

Anthony and his team at Martyn Gerrard just know the score. They keep in constant touch and even more important are always available to give advice — and good advice at that. In my most recent dealing his team advertised, found a tenant and sealed a deal within three days. All this, without taking shortcuts. I cannot commend them enough.
