Chasing Treasure Avis 176

This was my first experience with Chasing Treasure. My first order has not arrived, but I expect it soon. I wish there was a way to track my order.

Lots of choices, good website, came on time and my wife thinks the beauty and function are great!

I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of using the website and I was able to find a jewelry box I really liked for the price. I purchased the box and since the purchase a week ago I have tried to check the status of the delivery. I filled out the order status twice and have yet to receive an email. I attempted to call the 1-800 number provided and all I got was a questionnaire regarding a Carribean trip that I don't even want. The line would then disconnect and I still hadn't talked to anyone in regards to my order. This website is frustrating and they do not make it easy to talk to a representative! Not sure I will ever shop with them again!

My son and I were very pleased with the jewelry box valet and engraved plaque which was a birthday gift for him. We love the size, style and mahogany wood, and the plaque engraved with my son's name added to the beauty of the jewelry box valet. I was also pleased with the Customer Service Representative who was prompt, courteous, and professional while responding to my inquiry regarding the engraved plaque.

They jewelry cases are just as described. They are designed well with many compartments. Now my silver jewelry shines. I was very pleased with my purchase.

I have been shopping for a locking jewelry armoire for a few years and found it at chasing treasures! It is has a complete locking mechanism for all drawers but not the side doors or top. The quality is excellent, packed for super protection of corners, and completely lined to the last drawer.
A few drawbacks: no earing organizer which I knew and gave up for the lock. There was a small scratch on the very bottom of the wood face trim. I used my wood floor crayons to repair. Not going to send back for this. I would still give 10 /10!

Everything was perfect! This is a beautiful piece of furniture. It arrived extremely well packed and was in perfect condition.
I would defiantly recommend this company.

I have not yet received the item and I have not been given any tracking information.
At this point, I am not happy.

I found the product to be of very good quality, and the shipping container was most effected in allowing my product to arrive without any damage.

Searching for a fine quality jewelry box is like inspecting granules of sand on your favorite beach until you discover a stunning find, but that is what this jewelry box represents. Brilliant craftsmanship in a remarkable box that will become an eirloom worth passing on to the next generation.

I have never ordered from Chasing Treasures but when I found the perfect jewelry box for my 16 year old I placed the order. I did not place the order until a few days before Christmas and selected the free shipping offered. The gift arrived Christmas Eve, well packaged and just as described and shown on the web site. It now proudly displayed in her room and holds her treasures. They are now among my favorites.

We looked everywhere for a well crafted jewelry box, with no luck.
My husband is a skilled carpenter and wanted something for me that was well constructed and possibly made in America? Hard to find. After looking at every major retailer I said I will go online and look. I ran across Chasing Treasure and found something solid wood and made in America! What are the chances? I ordered it on a Sunday and received it on Tuesday, what a pleasant surprise! My husband and I are extremely happy with the purchase. It is very well constructed and it is something I am going to treasure for a very long time.
It is truly a beautiful solid cherry jewelry box! Could not be happier.

Excellent quality and shipped very quickly.

The box was beautiful but the engraving was wrong. I wrote I wanted just a single C and somehow got Cj. Other than that it was nice.

I purchased a jewelry box on 12/17 in hopes that it would be here for Christmas. The internet indicated that the box was in stock, so I assumed it would ship within the next 2 days. To this point (12/25) I have not received any communication that the jewelry box has even shipped. I am concerned that it still has not shipped. I am frustrated that there has been no communication; whether there was an issue in getting it shipped or not. Something to indicate to me that there are being attempts in getting it sent to me. I do not think I would place another order with Chasing Treasure based on my experience to date.

I recieved the package on time and on the day they said I was to recieve it. Thank you for getting me the package on time.

Lady that took my order was nice and very helpful. Only problem is i have not got my package yet.

My item arrived very well packaged and protected. It is beautiful and is exactly as it appear on the website. I had a question and spoke to the Owner of the Company and he could not have been more accommodating!
I highly recommend this Company to anyone!
