I accidentally subscribed thinking I was subscribing to something else.
Although I never used the product and requested a refund on compliance with their policy they refused forcing me to get the refund from my credit card provider.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They modelled their software to look like Claude, and then sponsored their google ads so that when you search Claude it comes up first. I accidentally purchased their pro version instead of Claude and immediately cancelled and requested a refund and they denied it.
Cancelled within hours — refund denied, and the marketing felt misleading
I subscribed to Chatly (chatly.solutions) after finding it via Google while searching for Claude/Claude.ai. The way it appeared in search results made it feel like a direct route to Claude, but it’s actually a third-party “multi-model” portal.
Within a few hours I realised it wasn’t the service I needed and asked to cancel and request a refund. I had not meaningfully used the service. Support refused the refund, citing “misunderstanding”, without clearly applying their own published refund criteria for UK/EU customers (time window + minimal usage limits).
My takeaway: if you want a specific service (e.g., Claude), you’re better off subscribing directly with the provider rather than paying for an intermediary portal that may be difficult to unwind if you change your mind quickly. After several emails and requests they finally refunded.
Deceptive marketing & does not follow refund policy or law
Chatly practices deceptive marketing by masking search results as other companies, such as Claude. It then disregards the EU Consumer Rights Directive and its own published refund policy, which requires that consumers are eligible to request a refund if they cancel their subscription within 14 days of purchase.
I cancelled within minutes, as soon as I realized it wasn't Claude I had purchased. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 weeks and it seems my only option now is to report them to the European Consumer Centre.
I have little hope of that working, since they seem to be hiding behind an EU registration and based elsewhere.
Total SCAM
If I could give a 0, I would. I subscribed for an account thinking it was ChatGPT and now it is impossible to cancel my subscription. I cannot log in (the website takes me in circles) and they will not return my email. I have just filed complaints and blocks with my credit card company. This is a SCAM!

Buying Ads on competitor keywords to mislead customers
This company bought Claude's keyword on Google Ads and made an Ad with Claude's name, in which I clicked and signed, being completely mislead. I activated their refund policy a week ago and they didn't even respond to it.
This is outrageous and a total scam, don't ever buy this!

Once They Have Your Money, You’re On Your Own
This was one of the most hostile and disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had.
I made an honest mistake during checkout, caused directly by the company aggressively pushing its product while I was attempting to purchase a different plan. I never used the product at all and contacted support within minutes to cancel.
Despite this immediate, good-faith request, the company refused outright and responded by hiding behind boilerplate terms and conditions. There was no attempt to apply judgment, fairness, or even minimal customer care. The tone and approach felt punitive rather than professional.
This was a situation that could have been resolved instantly with basic goodwill. Instead, the company chose a rigid, confrontational stance that prioritizes extracting payment over treating customers reasonably.
Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious. If something goes wrong — even immediately — do not expect understanding, flexibility, or customer-focused behavior.

Furthermore I noticed that somebody wanted to use my credit card for Amazon days after I paid with at Chattly (I have geo location and MFA setup so they could not charge/verify)
