I visited Chatters for the first time today on my sister’s recommendation, and my stylist was Ana M. She truly took her time, paying attention to every detail and bringing my vision to life. I wanted to keep my length, and she was incredibly patient as we discussed how much to trim. She consistently checked in to make sure I was happy at every stage. When it came to face-framing and layers, I told her I trusted her — and she delivered beautifully. The result was soft, flattering, and perfectly suited to my face. I absolutely loved my experience with Ana and will definitely be returning! :)

I went to Chatters Hair Salon yesterday and had an absolutely wonderful experience! Ana Maria gave me a fantastic haircut—she’s not only a talented stylist but also such a warm and lovely person. The rest of the staff were equally friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better.

I didn’t love the way my hair was done. I had booked a blow out and curls, however, the hairdresser just quickly dried my hair and then curled it. It was looking so flat after I had to ask her to add volume. I just honestly can’t believe she thought it looked good the way it was and would have let me leave like that. I know that sometimes people’s hair can’t look like a picture shown, but I also feel she didn’t pay close attention to the style I wanted, so I didn’t get the curls that I was hoping for. Lastly, when I went to pay I was going to be charged for what I booked (blow out and curls) and so I asked the woman at the cash to double check with the hairdresser, which brought me down $20. This didn’t sit right with me, I believe there should be more communication between the two; had I not asked I would have been overcharged. Overall, I was expecting more from this salon and won’t be returning.

Hair stylist was very nice, but when I told her it didn’t look even at the back she chose not to fix it and take her next client.

After long time I found hair stylist who really cares about her customers. Ana Mary is an exceptional lady, who wants to make her customer happy and satisfied. Very happy.

Listened to my concerns and gave advice
Was very precise always checking and rechecking cut
But most of all at the end she asked me whether I liked it or not
Most of the time hairstylists assume you are happy and don’t bother to ask
