Franc Gole did a exceptional cut and hi lites and low lites to my hair . Very friendly and took a lot of time to help me figure what hairstyle to get and products to use. I highly recommend Franc if you need to get your hair done go to Chatters.

And beyond his talent, he is genuinely so entertaining. The conversation is always fun, engaging, and full of personality - he makes the time fly by. You come in for a haircut and leave feeling like you've had the best catch-up with a friend. Five stars all the way for Franc!!!

Franc Gole was amazing! He made sure to double check the length I wanted (I hate when they cut too short!!) and he was very upbeat and genuinely cares about his job. He gave me tips on how to properly dry my curly hair and what products work best with it. Highly recommend!

From being able to make an online appointment on their easy to use website to the friendly personnel to the awseme care I got from Franc I highly recommend Chatters in Conestoga Mall.
Franc is professional and knew exactly what issues I had with my short hair and he explained what would he would do to fix them. . He did consult me to ensure that I agreed. For years, I have cut and maintained my own hair and experiences like the one I had at Chatters is exactly why. I am extremely unhappy with my hair. I showed an exact picture of what I wanted, explained that my hair bounces up and lifts when short and that I DO NOT LIKE when it is straightened, or blown-dry straight. I scrunch mousse into my hair and air dry to avoid frizz, or sometimes diffuse mostly (but not fully) dry. I maintain my naturally thick waves, and do not like the wave pattern being disturbed as it takes weeks, if not months, to return to their natural shape if they are disturbed. Christy (the stylist) insisted that it be blown-dry straight, and did so against my wishes, even after stating several times that I prefer my natural waves and do not like when it is straightened in any way. I began experiencing a very itchy, burning scalp shortly after leaving and now believe it's an allergic reaction to the products. I hoped after returning home and washing my hair that my natural waves would return, and I would like my hair more. My hair (as I expected) lifted, and looks way shorter, and is now a poofy mess. It looks nothing like the picture I showed her, and will likely take weeks to recover from the damage and disruption. I am extremely unhappy with the service, and will not return to this salon. Likely will go back to trimming/cutting my own hair, so that my wishes for my hair is actually respected.

My daughter's ear was pierced on an angle with the backing at the side of the ear rather than the back. This resulted in two piercing attempts on one ear before a good position was set. We were told it was a manufacturing defect with an earring, but not at the time of sale. We kept calm for my daughter not to panic, as she was already nervous about getting this done! There was a discount applied, but it left a sub-par experience for our family.

Stacy , the manager is fantastic. She got me in last minute , just a couple days before thanksgiving. Stylist Christy was available to cut my hair. She listened to what I wanted and added her own touch.
She gave me a new ,modern , no fuss, stylish haircut - perfect for my busy life!

I got my hair done by Suzan, and she honestly did an amazing job! She gave me the most beautiful highlights, and the color looks perfect — exactly what I wanted. She’s super professional and talented, and you can tell she really cares about her work.

The salon was quiet, clean, and very relaxing, which made the whole experience even better. I left feeling so happy and confident!
