Went in for my yearly big chop. The lady who i booked with did a great job on the cut and didn't try to talk me out of it like some hairstylist have in past experiences.

Sarah was fantastic!!
Sarah was fantastic and did a great colour/trim for my daughter. I was quite surprised at the cost and that I was charged for long hair when her length is at her shoulders and just below? When she puts it in a pony it is at the nape of her neck. I expected more because of the balayage, but was still shocked.

Our Long Cut is classified as a length starting from the top of the shoulders to mid-back. The charge is based on the length at the beginning of the appointment, and not the length taken off. Late Evening Walk In
The desk was able to get me in right away as a walk in, which was awesome! But my stylist was tried, hungry, and likely in need of some rest.
I’d look at providing staff better breaks, or avoid overworking them - just like with everything else, a little care will greatly enhance performance and longevity.
The cut seems to have gone well, my hair feels much nicer. I found the shampooing a little aggressive for my neck.

Amazing service
Amazing service, Lara gave me exactly what I asked for. Beautiful tone and highlight money piece for blonde. I said I needed to be done at 1:30 for another appointment and they worked to ensure it was complete on time.

Anthony is a very good stylist
Anthony is a very good stylist. He exceeds my expectation. I walk out happy with what he has done and what I have paid. I came to Anthony as a cold call and each time he has worked on my hair I feel very satisfied. I will continue having him work with what I want and have him fine tune it to bring the best out in my hair.
