Chatters needs Senior discounts and it was rainy so I wish there were mats at the door to wipe your feet.

We value your suggestions regarding senior discounts (as we have senior discount 15% off on Retail and Service on first Tuesday of the month) and mats for rainy days (mats has been shipped from the company any time it arriving as we just finished renovation so some of the item got delayed but for sure we keep this suggestion in the priority list). Unprofessional- no phonecall when the location temporarily closed
I booked 3 weeks prior. I confirmed the hair appointment 2 days prior by text from Chatters. I showed up to my appointment only to enter an active construction site. No one called to tell me they were temporarily closed, even after I confirmed by Chatters text. Unprofessional and stressful experience.

The Best Experience in a Decade
Silvia was a very astute and professional hairdresser who understood the complexity of my hair type, my style preferences and recommended extremely valuable advice not only on a suitable and relavent cut, but styling the cut and the right products to use. This is the first time in a decade I had an observant, engaging and extremely well trained professional hairdresser I will not go to anyone else again!
