They charged me $70 for just trimming…
They charged me $70 for just trimming my hair and that was just for 15 min and ret was washing my hair and blow dry and I did not even style it. I did not have time and while appt got done in 25 min but they charged me for for a woman’s hair cut for 45 min. This does not make any sense and I will not be returning back. And my daughter comes here and she will not be coming back either. Thank you

Robert (I believe that was his name) in Airdrie was my stylist. I got in very last minute and he was amazing! The wash, blow dry, hair cut, and styling only took 30 minutes and I felt like I just had a makeover. My hair looks and feels so much better and it was so pleasant to sit in his chair! Highly recommend

I paid almost $300 and my hair looked nothing like I wanted it to.
I paid almost $300 and my hair looked nothing like I wanted it to. I won’t be going back ever. I had to go to a different hair dresser the next day to get it re-cut as there were chunks that were so much longer than the others. I’m not talking a little bit longer, one chunk in the back was about 4 inches longer than everywhere else. The color looks exactly like it did when I came in. I came in for highlights and low lights. She ended up putting a whole head of color over my highlights. . Hair dresser spent more time talking about being in the 100 000$ club and how chatters doesn’t do a Christmas party for their employees than actually working on my hair.

Kari was a super hair stylist. Cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Also a great conversationalist. I was very happy with Chatters. My daughter also goes to Chatters and loves Kari.
