After just over a year my iPhone stopped working. The Glue from the screen started to peel off ad the screen was not anymore flush to the phone housing. At the same time the battery started to fail, with my phone switching off if not plugged in! Considering my phone has never fallen or get damaged in any way, I do question CheapApples product quality. I wouldn't recommend at all. Complete rubbish and waste of money!

I sent my iPad away to be recycled for money. I paid for delivery myself as they don’t give you an option of delivery to them. Once they received in I got an email stating that they had received my device but there was a scratch on it and the revised price was £10 less than what I was told from the website. I replied saying could I have proof of the scratch, to which they replied saying my iPad would be returned to me.... I never asked for a return, simply proof of a scratch, I asked them several times and said in several emails I didn’t want the iPad back, I wanted the revised price if they could prove the scratch or the original price from the website. Despite me sending several emails, they would not acknowledge any part of it apart from saying my device will be returned. My device has now returned and shock horror, there is absolutely NO scratch, on any part of the iPad, it’s immaculate. They tried to scam me out of money i was owed by them. It’s absolutely outrageous, they need shut down.
