Flawless customer service delivery
The customer service delivery from Jazzy Cruz was way top notch than I expected, to even think that was my first. He was following up with me at every step of the journey and reminding me if I ever get stuck or stranded, he is there to help. That's world class, I defo won't hesitate recommending the brand to friends and I look forward to us doing it again.

I don't usually review much but these guys have been extraordinary. Great experience and the ease of communication was outstanding. Was stranded in dubai with my family because of the floods and they found me a connected flight back to the UK and we made it on time . Highly recommended.

Professional and polite
Arslan managed to get us a really good deal on international flights. Making sure we have reasonable stopovers as we are travelling with children. Great communication, professional conduct. Would definitely recommend and will be using again for our next holiday
